Many times we express our prayers to GOD, say all our heart and sometime
we got the result instantly and sometime we do not, and then we feel god
is not listening.....but truth is beyond this....truth is when we express and believe
that now GOD will take care of our worries and no doubt comes in our mind after
this conversation we got the positive result, but many times due to our fear
we got doubt and nothing happens good and we start complaining....whom
you believe just believe, think positive like think and focus on what do
you want not what you do not want......many times we think more on what
we do not want and this happens again and again...focus on what you want..
say yourself good affirmation with feelings like we have already got what we want,
visualize it by keeping your eyes closed everyday for few minutes.....and whenever
any negative feeling will come in your mind say to GOD......GOD please take all these
thoughts and fill me with positive thoughts like love, care, respect, faith, honesty,
forgiveness etc and practice it all the time..GOD is not only in temples, mosque,
dargah, church, gurudwara or any religious and spiritual place, he is everywhere,
feel he is always present with you.....talk to him all the time.....and express
gratitude every time...

For example, just imagine from your heart that you are in "DWARKAMAI" and
seeing BABA's such a DIVINE SWAROOP .............. I am 100% sure you will feel our
BABA's DIVINE BLESSINGS, which is coming from BABA's DIVINE SWAROOP and
BABA is talking with you and removing all your difficulties and sorrows, BUT yes,
try to see our BELOVED BABA's DIVINE SWAROOP WITH STRONG FAITH IN HIM
and feel HIS energy and relax your mind & FEEL HIS DIVINE BLESSINGS

Why we get worried? BABA will take care of all our worries, problems, and pains.
Let us surrender to HIM completely, and then we don’t need to worry any more
for anything. Leave all fears and discouragement with a blind faith on BABA.

To surrender means: To turn our thoughts away from troubles, to turn them
away from difficulties you meet and from all our problems. Leave everything
at the LOTUS FEET OF BABA and say: "BABA I thank YOU. YOU have taken
everything in YOUR hands and YOU will resolve this."

Once we surrender we should never think, how is this is going to end?...
What is going to happen? That means we express that we do not trust BABA.
If we want BABA to deal with it, then we must stop being worried for the same! 
BABA will guide us only if we completely surrender to HIM and HE would lead us
into a different path carrying us in HIS loving arms.

Sometimes we feel that disasters increase instead of reduce. We should not
get disturbed. When you are pain and in sad circumstances sit peacefully
with complete faith in BABA, close your eyes and speak with HIM and let HIM
know that you trust HIM totally and you pray to BABA and say,
“BABA I trust YOU and thank YOU for this problem, I pray YOU to place the
things as YOU please for this worldly life. BABA, you know very well
what is best for me.

The basic principles of satya, karm, prem – truth, karm and love -- there is one more
principle that one needs to follow daily and that is ‘light’. These are the four pillars on
which you can lead your life. This is the gist of all the ancient scriptures, wisdom of the
gurus and swamis, great masters ever since.

Fill yourself with light, so that no negativity enters your being. If someone gives out
negative thoughts, they will strike against the prakash in you and retreat, not affecting
you at all. Prakash means guarding against indulging in hypocrisy, ‘andhkar katna,' not
be a part to that darkness or ignorance.

From Shri Krishn to Shri Aurobindo, whatever they have taught humans is meant to bring
us to these four pillars  -- of satya, karm, prem aur prakash. Krishn taught us about light –
he said, “Bigger than Me is my name – bigger than Hari is Hari’s naam'… All the saints and
gurus have wanted to bring you to the point of truth, being truthful, being loveful,
take for instance Sant Kabir.....

Always  start your day with these four principles. Forget every thing, all the scriptures,
granths, Veds and upanishads, only remember these four principles. Light is direct
Supreme source. When you fill yourself with light, no negativity will enter your body.
This is what you must do in spiritual terms, in worldly terms it means that you don’t
indulge in hypocrisy, are never be a part to gossip, never participate in any ritual which
is not right, never indulge in corruption  by way of bribing or accepting bribe.

Light is the biggest strength. When you are filled with light and you are chanting the mantra
which connects you to Supreme or your ‘ishta dev’, no 'infection' will enter you. This means
that you will not indulge in any undesirable thing…anything which hampers your growth.
If people are gossiping about someone, you don’t participate in that conversation… taken
to a higher level means never participating in any meaningless ritual or rituals without bhav
or hypocrisy. You can fill yourself with light by not being a part of anything that’s done for
formality sake or to show off.

It is important to notice when people do not speak to you from
their higher selves. Respond to them with compassion, as you
would respond to a small child who did not know any better.
People cannot hurt you; only you can choose to hurt yourself
by your response to them. This gives you the ultimate power
to control the world you experience. If you are able to choose
your responses, you can choose to feel joy and peace,
and thus change your world.

Wake up in the morning and hold your higher purpose in your hands as a symbol.
Imagine that you are holding in your hands the highest purpose you came to
create in this lifetime. Bring it into your heart. Pour light into it; ask for guidance
and assistance from the higher forces. Feel your energy going upward and
let go of it so that it may come back to you. Holding that purpose in your heart,
you refine your physical body, raise your thoughts upward, and bring peace to
your emotions. How would it feel if every cell in your body acknowledged and
was in touch with your higher purpose?

The more precise you can be about your experience, the more quickly you will gain clarity.
Take any area of vague discomfort, of fogginess, and focus upon it to the exclusion of
all other thoughts. Pin down precisely what the uncomfortable feeling is. If you were
to focus upon that vagueness, putting words into it, trying out different thoughts about it,
you would finally find a viewpoint that clicked. Once you find that viewpoint, you have clarity.
Clarity comes from seeking and finding the information you need, from having the patience
to seek out the light of wisdom that will assist in making the higher choice.

One question always wanders my mind that 'Why are we born with previous lives karmas,
when my this births physical body has no role in it. Why should i suffer for something
i have not done voluntarily.'

Actually life is a series of examinations..... In fact our each and every moment,
every thought, every Act is tested and recorded. We have to give various never ending
examinations for e.g.. Our test papers are: - our Behaviour and duty towards  parents,
siblings, husband, wife, son, daughter, colleagues, friends etc..

We are not born with a perfect life, but if we excel in living a good life, giving
happiness to others then we can Create a Heaven for us.

All the people with whom we are associated right from our birth, All are BABA
sent to us for a reason. If we are not able to stay with them happily, always finding
faults in them, then We are pointing fingers to BABA.

Yes Life is Difficult, lots of adjustment, compromises at every step....
But isn't an Examination supposed to be difficult.

Imagine the Happiness of the person when he excels in his results after struggling,
honestly studying hard in his tests. We should also do our duties, accept whatever
given to us by BABA and perform the best. After all there are easy questions also.

So we do have our moments of Pleasure too. All our day to day thoughts and activities
are converted into our karmic accounts and accordingly we are punished or Rewarded.
Some accounts are Settled in this birth and some are carried forward.

I love this "Principal" known as BABA, He gives us so many repeat chances to change
our self for the better, but we foolishly blind people do not understand.

So start Living your Life as if you are only living for BABA and BABA alone.
Perform your 'kartavya' without thinking of any good or bad result and just leave it to our Master.
Trust me, this Master does not have any Partial or favourite students,
here it is genuine and honest results..
