  • Fat is really big problem of this time. Every one has own reasons. But it is not really tough to control.

    It is very important to think what we are eating. As always remember the need of things which we are eating. Some

    times we eat anything, oily, spicy & street food. But there is a need to understand that we are eating for life.

    Never forget salads, it improves quick energy & improves metabolic rate. Salads not only good for metabolism but also

    gives a beautiful skin too.

    Avoid oily food, try to add sarso oil in food, it is my grand ma said, in old times we eat this so we have strong joints.

    Make a habit to walk after every meal.

    Only save 30 minutes to do some yoga postures daily.

    Than see the result.
