Title: PMS & Pain

I have Menstrual problems during the beginings.Pain full and excessive. Medical aid works but after the treatment problem arise again. PMS, really make me rude irritatiing and sick. Please help me. Doctor says its normal for me. My gene makes me. But Hopes here ...please suggest and help. Ur love and prayers are always my need.     Om sai ram
