Schluss

Waman Narvekar
Hier nun eine andere Geschichte. Ein Herr namens Waman Narvekar liebte Baba sehr.Er brachte eines Tages eine Rupie. Auf der Vorderseite dieser Rupie waren die Figuren von Rama, Lakshmana und Sita eingraviert und auf der Rückseite die Figur von Hanuman mit gefalteten Händen. Er übergab sie Baba in der Hoffnung, dass Er sie durch Seine Berührung weihen und ihm zusammen mit Udi zurückgeben würde. Doch Baba steckte sie sofort in seine Tasche. Daraufhin sprach Shama mit Baba über Wamanraos Absicht und bat Ihn, die Münze zurückzugeben. Doch Baba sagte in Gehenwart von Wamanrao: "Weshalb sollte sie ihm zurückgegeben werden? Wir sollten sie behalten. Wenn er dafür 25 Rupien gibt, erhält er sie zurück." Wamanrao sammelte 25 Rupien für diese Münze und legte sie vor Baba hin. Daraufhin sagte Baba: "Der Wert doeser Münze geht weit über 25 Rupien hinaus. Shama, nimm du diese Rupie. Sie soll bei uns bleiben. Leg sie auf deinen Altar und bete sie an."
Niemand hatte den Mut, Baba zu fragen, weshalb Er dies tat. Er allein weiß, was für jeden am besten und geeignetsten ist.

Waman Narvekar


Now let the readers hear a different story. A gentleman, named Waman Narvekar loved Baba very much. He once brought a rupee. On one said (obverse) of it were engraved the figures of Rama, Laxman and Sita and on the other (reverse) side was engraved the figure of Maruti, with folded hands. He offered it to Baba with a hope that He should consecrate it with His touch and return it to him with Udi. But Baba immediately pocketed it. Then Shama spoke to Baba, regarding Womanrao's intention and requested Him to return it. Then Baba spoke in the presence of Wamanrao as follows :- "Why should it be returned to him? We should keep it ourselves. If he gives Rs.25/- for it, it will be returned." Then, for the sake of that rupee, Wamanrao collected Rs.25/- and placed them before Baba. Then Baba said, "The value of that rupee far exceeds 25 Rupees. Shama, take this rupee, let us have it in our store, keep this in your shrine and worship it." No one had the courage to ask Baba why He followed this particular action. He only knows what is best and most suitable to each and all.
