Geweihte Münzen
Ein anderes Mal wollte Captain Hate eine durch Baba geweihte Münze in seinem Haus haben. Er traf einen Freund, der gerade nach Shirdi reisen wollte. Durch ihn sandte Hate seine Rupie zu Baba. In Shirdi angekommen, gab der Freund - nach der ülichen ehrfürchtigen Begrüßung - zuerst sein dakshina, das Baba einsteckte. Dann gab er Hates Rupie, die Baba in die Hand nahm und anstarrte. Er hielt sie vor sich, schnipste sie mit dem rechten Daumen in die Luft und spielte damit. Nach einer Weile sagte Er zu Hates Freund: "Gib dies dem Eigentümer zusammen mit Udi-prasada zurück und sage ihm, dass ich nichts von ihm haben will, und er möge in Ruhe und Zufriedenheit leben." Der Freund kehrte nach Gwalior zurück, händigte Hazte die geweihte Rupie aus und erzählte ihm alles, was sich in Shirdi zugetragen hatte. Wieder war Hate hocherfreut und erkannte, dass Baba stets zu guten Gedanken ermutigte, und so wie er es sich innigst gewünscht hatte, erfüllte Baba seinen Wunsch.

Consecrated Rupee
At another time Captain Hate wished that he should have in his house a coin of rupee consecrated by Baba with His touch. He came across a friend who was bound for Shirdi. With him Hate sent his rupee. The friend went to Shirdi and after the usual saluation gave first his Dakshina which Baba pocketed. Then he gave Hate's rupee, which Baba took in His hand and began to stare at it. He held it in front, tossed it up with His right thumb and played with it. Then He said to the friend, "Return this to its owner with the Prasad of Udi, tell him that I want nothing from him, ask him to live in peace and contentment." The friend returned to Gwalior, handed over the consecrated rupee to Hate, and told him all the h0appened at Shirdi. This time Hate was much pleased and realised that Baba always encouraged good thoughts, and as he wished intently, Baba fulfilled the same accordingly.
