I wish to mention about the 40 days sugar candy pooja that has been introduced to us by our beloved Subhasrini ji.

Later, Deepak ji has posted his experience of Baba coming in the form of a monkey and accepting his offerings on the second day itself. You must have read about this already.

After reading Deepak ji’s experience, I started to collect Sugar in a container and requested Baba to come and take it after 21 days.

In between, in my pooja one day I told Baba that Baba him self must come and not in some form such as monkey remembering Deepak ji’s experience. Later, one Baba cart did come to our street with a big statue of Anjaneya and few small pictures of Baba. I gave my ususal offerings and told Baba that I can not give sugar since it is Anjaneya  .  I also reminded Baba about my above statement.

But, the feeling of guilt chased me that I did not offer to Anjaneya and went to one Anjaneya temple near my house and apologized. On the 20 the day I reminded Baba not to forget and make it sure that he takes his sugar.

The next day morning, I started  to clean the kitchen and other rooms and delayed bathing. But, to teach me a lesson, at about 7 am, the baba cart came. Usually, the carts come only after 9 am. I totally forgot about the sugar and thought that Baba wants to teach me that I can take his darshan whether I had bath or not.

Nicely, we had darshan and offered some money, took udi , kumkum etc., and came in. After an hour, I remembered while plucking flowers for my pooja singing the bhajan that was played by the cart that I did not offer sugar and it was the 21 st day.

Lo! My rona shuru ho gaya. My face is a mirror of my emotions unfortunately. Everyone at home started to ask what was wrong. Aur mujhe jhoot bolna aata hi nahin and even if I attempt, I am always caught. So I had to tell with guilty my blunder. Saras (my maid) told me the cart might again come if I finished my pooja and promised to send that cart back to our street if she finds the cart on her way.

I was not convinced. Started blaming Baba ‘why did u come so early? Is this the way to test me…etc.’ Then again, I told to my self  ‘this it self proves how attached I am to Baba. I took him in a  casual way. I deserve this punishment…’. But, what was the use?

Weeping and blaming myself, somehow I finished my pooja and aarti and it got 1 pm. Then I told Baba ‘ it was my mistake totally. Please come again. I know you donot come on consecutive days. But, to forgive me pl do come and accept this sugar’.

The next day, I got ready very early and by 8 am, another Baba cart with many pictures and idols of Baba, came and took away the sugar. I was left with deep felt gratitude in heart,  choking in throat and tearful eyes for long.

Baba I know only one small word. Kindly accept the same. “Thanks”.

I am still in the happy mood of having received the GIFT from BABA during the
Evening Aarti time yesterday.

Coming to the leela of Baba and his sugar candy pooja, it did not end with this. There is a continuation to this too which is as below:

Within the same week, I again started to collect Sugar in a container praying Baba to bless my daughter to perform better in her annual exams - now with more devotion  . I started it on 7 th March and requested Baba that 40 days would be completed by 26th April, so to come and take it on 26 th or 27 th April.

But, after two days, we decided to shift to another house and the date of shifting was to be 26th April. So I again told Baba to come on 26th morning it self so that I can offer the sugar and shift to the other house.

As few more days passed, I found that I calculated the date wrong and told Baba to come on 16th or 17th April. I felt happy that the shifting of house does not clash with Baba’s coming.

To my surprise, not even a single Baba cart came during these 40 days. Meanwhile, due to another miracle of Baba, (which I posted separately)  our shifting itself got cancelled.

But, to teach me another lesson, no Baba cart came either on 16th or on 17th. I decided to collect sugar till 21st morning as we were to leave for Tirupati for a couple of days. So I stopped with that day and this time I was not emotional like earlier.

I told him any decision of his should be ok for me and that i would not pester him and would behave better. Till 25th no cart turned up.

On this Wednesday - 25th, it occurred to me that I originally told Baba to come on 26 th or 27th. Whether my calculation was right or wrong, it must be Baba’s decision to come on 26th or 27th April. Otherwise, how could I miscalculate  and fix that date ?

So, I prayed to Baba ‘ Dear Baba, pl forgive me. I shuld have collected the sugar till 26th or 27th waiting for you. So, please come. I have realised my mistake. After all, I am your child pls forgive me. If you are coming by 27th, I shall post the previous leela of yours too that is, the 21 days sugar candy pooja episode and this one as well in the forum the day you collect the sugar.

BABA DID COME TODAY MORNING THE 27TH APRIL PROVING HIMSELF TO BE THE BEST EVER MATHEMATICIAN AND THUS MADE ME SHARE WITH U ALL BOTH THE LEELAS OF HIS.

Thanks for posting beautifull expereinces,infact i did 21days sugar pooja,but till now i didn't distribute to any,seeing u'r message i rememberd iam done with my 21day sugar pooja as baba orderd me to do when i opened Q and A book in feb..Hope  i will make some nice sweet and keep in Lemont temple this or coming weekend.Thanks Kavithaji.

One more interesting thing which I forgot to mention was that, the baba cart came when annu ji was talking to me and I just then started enquiring about the health of Rajiv and we were telling that everything would be proper very soon. This is a very good indication and blessing of Baba for us in respect to the recovery of Rajiv bhai.
