  • Dear Sai devotees, I would like to start the SAi nav vrat. I have read the rules and it says that we can have milk/fruits/nuts all day long. My question is can we have milk, fruits etc all day and also have a meal in the night or is it that if we chose to have a meal in the night we cannot have anything during the day. Your clarifications will help me proceed with my nav vrat.
    Om Sai Ram!!!

  • Om Sai Ram!

    Dear Devotee,

It's good to know that you want to start Baba's Vrat. Reg. your query...It has been clearly mentioned in the Vrat rules that On these Nine Thursday, individual who is doing vrat can eat fruit/milk/sweets etc. all day long or can have one meal a day.[/
b] ONE MUST NOT DO THIS VRAT WITHOUT EATING ANYTHING.

It means that you can not opt for both the options. Either have fruit & milk all day long (as lunch & dinner) or starve during lunch & take your dinner as usual. (or vice versa.)

I hope this has resolved your query.

    May Baba bless us all!
