Dear, Meditation must stand in the form of concentration at this stage. Gain the power of focus e.g. if start reading any chapter or begin any exercise, make a target to finish in certain time period, What problem one face during study a mind that is not still, keep on wondering here and there.
A very simple exercise when you walk count your steps start with 100 then keep on increasing.
Second in a day learn to concentrate on your breathes, begin from 3 minutes and increase.
Mind will get ultimate power of concentration and be helpful during whole life.
