  • OMSAIRAM!Ravi why have u removed Vishwanath's post?

This online temple is made by BABA's blessings and devotees.

how much hurt BABA would be to see devotees like drashta and vishwanath leaving the forum

Ravi wake up and see what's happening around...

i feel i dnt belong here...it truly hurts

    Bow to Shri Sai!

Sai baba let your holy lotus feet be our sole refuge.OMSAIRAM

  • Om Sai Ram.

    Dear Ravi Bhai,

As Dipika ji rightly writes, removing Vishwanath Bhai's post was unfair and uncalled for. Kindly restore it.  Please allow devotees a democratic space to voice themselves freely on this forum.

I also recommend that Vishwanath Bhai be made a helper or a moderator. He certainly has good intentions and ideas to help improve this forum. I will be happy to give up my title in favor of Vishwanath Bhai. Hope you will consider my humble request.

    Jai Sai Ram.

  • Dear All

I know that there are several issues with the Forum management and I accept that and take the responsibility for same. And I even admitted the same for several times in past and communicated the same that I am unable to devote time to now to fix those issues but I will fix them. I hope to have time soon.  Why it is difficult for us to have a little faith and patience.

We all have a busy and difficult life. When we find a few moments to be with Sai, why it is so difficult for us to utilize that little precious moment to be with Baba but unfortunately we seems to focus little things of no importance more than Baba.

When a devotee with all sorts of problems visits this Forum to seek some peace and love but then he gets to see the same things here. People complaining and fighting over no importance issues.
I hardly delete any post but I delete this post because I find it distracting. These same questions were answered to the author of the post several times on Forum and though email. What is the point of answering if you don’t want to listen and understand?

Restoring the topics is not really a big deal and neither is it related to my ego but what value it will add other than distracting a few devotees and stealing their time for nothing.

Let me know if you still like to restore the topic and I will do the same.

    Sai Ram

    Dear All
    Sairam !
It is painful to see the arguments and counter arguments have started. I hardly make a post these days ! Forgive me and I bow with due apologies, but I have to say it ! The whole forum seems a big place of gossip.
If a moderator or admin tries to restore some decorum, I think they have the rights to do so. Democracy and democratic rights have become phrases thrown around to justify various causes and means. Do we really think of democracy and our rights always ! Just look around us . A man of clout can get the seat you deserve, a politician you elected, gets preferential treatment over you. This is just in a nutshell but it is definitely happening all around us and we dare not talk of such our democratic rights then. Sad to say, when some one with conscience comes along, we start throwing such words and assertions.
Can we just not keep quiet without raising a ruckus ! Why, even shirdi has become prone to some such practices. I make my trips still and bow to Sai. He knows well how to take care of such things. If Ravi bhai is found to be erring, then definitely Baba will make him realize that.
Even in other forums, the admins  delete posts as per their discretion.
This is not just a mere forum but a place of worship. Lets be humble.

    Ravi

Good job ! U are the Forum Admin.Baba has certainly allowed u every right to play around with the feelings of devotees. Have u ever reflected upon your own authoritatian tendencies. If u have no time for the forum then certainly Baba's missives are being carried out through your moderator rights..as Sureshsarat puts it.Thank you for your farewell post.

Baba always provide you the wherwithall to do what is right.

    Farewell sir.

  • Dear Vishanath Ji

Personally I have nothing against you. This Forum is like my Baby. And you are the one who see there are problems here and I don’t deny it. Thanks to Drasta Ji who gave me an idea last night.

Since you want to see some changes here then rather than we argue and fight over such unimportant things, let’s use this time and energy to make some changes in the Forum and I need your help for this.
I am going out for 3 weeks time and will back sometime in last week of Nov. I need you to use this time to collect and capture all the issues on this Forum as 3rd eye. Then start a new thread in start posting all those issues one by one in form of what is not working and what is expected and how to fix it. We can have this on an open thread where other members can also participate and add their valuable comments. And I want you to take this responsibility and execute it. And I assure you will have full support from my side.

Be the change you want to see.

    Sai Ram

    Dear all
Let me give more clarity to my earlier post.

"If a moderator or admin tries to restore some decorum, I think they have the rights to do so. "
By the above I meant we raise our voices only when we know the person opposite is a meek and good natured. Sorry,  this is plain truth. We never talk back to the anti socials, politicians etc.
Vishwanath ji, Ravi bhai has the privilege of moderating as per his wishes and that is not just a question of rights.  We should appreciate a person who has developed such a nice forum single handed. Of course we all came along latter on. And definitely we have contributed our efforts in terms of our posts. But frankly, how many posts here today are really spiritual in nature ?
And Ravi bhai has given a good opportunity to you to act admin. Good Luck and Sairam. No hard feelings meant !

  • One of the signs of a mature individual is that he sorts out issues with other person in private. In organisation or in any collective setup, there are bound to be differences among people. It is wise not to highlight them in public.

If someone has any concern and issue with a specific person, please deal with that person in private. If someone has issue with technical things related to forum, interact with only moderators/admin.

There is no need for digging up and highlighting personal conflicts in a broader platform. Any suggestion towards working of the forum etc should be posted in relevant threads which are meant for this purpose. And if there issues which run deep and are of emotional/psychological nature, they better be dealt in private. And i repeat they should be dealt in private. Moderator and admin are free to delete such posts which can spoil the environment of forum in larger interest. No individual is bigger and more important than the rest of the forum.

Please do not condemn and put blames on admin/moderators or infact anyone in public. You are free to think what you like, but you have responsibility towards what you write and express in public.
