How to send personal Messages

Hi Ravi ji,
How to send personal messages to any one?When I tried the same,It said I am not authorized to send any personal messages.

To be clear, I got one personal message from you, thought to reply to the same asking that your message is really meant to which of my post?

Earlier everyone can send and receive message but due to abouse now only admin and Mods can send messages. Members can not send any message

Again I am here to disturb you with a new question.Please dont mind for my continous questions.

I feel you are really very much blessed maintaining this website.Thanks very much for givining me a place to sit in dwarakamai.Heartful appreciations.

Why can't you post your complete story.I mean what made you to construct this site.Any difficuties faced.How do you maintain finacially now for this site.People helped you.I mean I want to know about you for doing such a greate work.If you already posted it some where can you please give me that link??

And one more thing is that "What qualification must one have to be a Sai contributor?".If there is any vacancy please let me know.I will send my details so that I might be  least helpfull in any way.
