Dear baba,

I have a very bad temper. I dont what i speak in anger. I am not able to control my anger. I hurt everyone in anger. Pls help me to overcome my anger. I feel bad after i talk. I do not know what i do.

Dear Shyamala...This problem is quite common.. But i feel there is a simple solution i can suggest at my end...I must appreciate that u at least have realization of your anger and its after effects...Its good and commendable that at least u have realized that u have short temper and u dont know wat u speak while in anger.
Well when ever u are in in a bad mood aor angry with sumthing just chant 'Sai Ram' in ur heart ..keep chanting Sai ram..Baba will soon destroy ur anger..Also wen evr u come ito such a situation just drink as much water as u can..Water subsided the fluids/chemicals in ur brain that are responsible for anger...

Baba will surely help u...if u r always willing to overcome ur problem....Jai Sai Ram
