I had a very unusual experience with Shirdi Baba that even today still leaves me baffled and mystified as in what it could mean. This dream with Baba was in 1996….and I remember it quite vividly. In my dream I awoke from sleep and walked out into the living room only to see through the glass window a small flying saucer sitting on my front lawn. This saucer would be around 20 metres in diameter….and it had no roof to it, instead it was visibly open where one could see one long padded seat circling the inside of the saucer….. Baba was standing next to it waiting for me to wake from sleep…..after I got over the shock of seeing this …..Baba smiled then directed me to sit in it opposite Him. There was a control panel of some sort between us, Baba touched something then it began to rise. With excitement I instantly said….thank you Baba, where are we going…..you will see (He said.) Then we were in some kind of realm other than earth’s.
All at once we were in a place which looked much like outer space but it was not…..This region of an unearthly dimension had a colour and a feeling just as if I was sitting in outer space, and my vision was crystal clear where I could see clearly in all directions. We flew fast and very smoothly, and at first I did think about the oxygen one needs to breathe, but then realised I was with Baba and had nothing to fear.
Our first sighting was of a very large tree which had incredible power and energy running through its branches. As I studied it I could see lightning bolts flashing through it giving it a most awesome sight of power and energy.
Then Baba directed the saucer in another direction where we advanced towards another incredible sight of strange things evolving into higher life forms of some kind. These life forms I could not comprehend…..I was at a loss in trying to understand it….. to try and give you (the Reader) a description would be totally useless…..there is no way I could describe it.
Then again Baba moved the saucer onward. This time a great scene appeared before us…..it was of a mother speaking with her young son in a harsh manner but with love. What was said I do not know. Then we moved on once more. As we did I kept looking at all the scenes taking place in many different locations throughout this great empty space, and felt it was all taking place in many different dimensions throughout creation as well as on earth.
Then Baba brought the saucer back to where we first started from, my home. He smiled and directed me to step out…..I then awoke from my dream.
To this day I still cannot fathom the inner message or the reason why I was shown this.
Maybe one day I will understand it all, with Baba’s grace of course.
