The bread that doesn't get less when shared

dear brothers and sisters, the following is just a tiny little episode and very unspectacular. Still I feel like sharing it with you because of the remarkable words the young lady concerned said.
While in France last weekend a young lady and I met in a dialogue (with BABA'S grace it was a true dialogue in the sense of beloved Ramesh Bhai's post). It started with her question what I was doing for a profession, and she said that yes, one could feel that I was profoundly happy with what I was doing. There was warmth and love between us and I felt an urge to try and tell her where this profound happiness in me is really coming from. At that point we were interrupted by others, which on the other hand gave us the opportunity to change places and sit next to one another. As soon as the situation permitted I tried to get back to our talk very carefully and told her that the happiness she felt in me might likely come from the meditations I do.
Lovely enough, she called this kind of meditation 'real down to earth meditation' (which means to her not to try to achieve a certain goal and not to try to get in contact with angels or the like).
We started talking about our lives, our relationships with our respective parents, psychotherapy, astrology, palmistry, shamanism, clairvoyance ....
... it got cold and began to rain, so we went inside and sat there by the fire oven talking and listening. All the others around us were very busy fixing supper, laying the table etc., but we felt as though we were in a space and time of our own, sitting there by the stove and enjoying the warmth of its visible fire. All the while I was quietly chanting Sai's name and my only wish was to be nothing more than an instrument for Him.
At a point I said: "You know what, I'd love to show you a picture of somebody who might be a guide for you. Just do what your heart tells you, and if you feel like taking it, do so." She agreed and we went upstairs and I brought out all the pictures of Sai I had taken with me (following an inner nudge I had taken all BABA's pictures I have with me - except the one on my desk which is sacred to me). Like most Germans she had absolutely no idea of who that man on the pictures might be.
We stood there in front of all these pictures for a long time, softly continuing our talk. Among the very few things about BABA I told her (I wanted her to have her own experiences and avoid any missionary atmosphere) was - in response to her question - that He has left His earthly body in 1918.
"Oh, this is great", she said, "He can be much more present this way!"
I encouraged her again to take as many pictures as she likes, if she likes and when she worried that she might take something away from me, comforted her in saying that I had them all on my computer and could always print them out again.

"Oh, this is like the bread that doesn't get less when you share it", she said.

The way she uttered this truth, so spontaneously, so naturally just struck me and gave me goose bumps all over. And she is absolutely right, isn't she. In the meantime one of the pictures had started shining a little so that it was just a little brighter than all the others. And when she made her choice, it was this very one she took.
Before we had to leave on sunday, I asked her, whether I should write down the name of this Indian Saint for her, and she said yes, this was even what she wanted to ask me to do before we separate. I thought I'd write down His name for her and recommend her to this forum. And when I unfolded the paper with the picture, it turned out that it was taken from this very website and the bottom line read www.shirdi-sai-baba.com.
"So I already have everything, I need" she said. [:)]

I don't know, how this will go on, I don't even know if I will see her again, although it is not altogether unlikely, because we're living in the same city and my friend is her colleague. I only know that I love her, that BABA's with her and I was touched by her words that came so naturally, casually even:

    He is present.
He is like the bread that doesn't get less when shared.
    I have everything I need.

    Om Sai Ram
