Life is like a movie directed by Baba, where we are all actors.

When we go to see a movie, we can choose to be emotional or not. If we realize that it is only a movie, we will not feel scared, even if the situation is scary, but if we think of the movie as real, we must enjoy or suffer based on contents of the movie...

This thought, can curb fear if mediatated upon
