Yesterday, July 27th, myself, my husband and my daughter, we all went to temple as it was pradosham.  My daughter she was so cranky for some reason and she was crying like anything(3 1/2 years old).  So, I took her out for sometime.  There I saw a old cup board, there temple committee people kept some god statues, like lord ganesha, and so on.  I was trying to distract my daughter, When I was looking down, I saw a broken statue without a head, I felt very bad,  looked around and  found the head, when I kept the head on the body, got shocked, it was our baba statue.  I felt very bad and got pretty upset,  I immediately told my husband and informed one of the committee people, she  said, if i want I can take the statue to my home, fix it and bring it back as the temple manager went out, for some personal reason.   I felt very bad again, as someone donated that statue to the temple.  I brought baba statue to my home, with glue, I joined the head, I kept the baba statue at my pooja shelf, did some nevaidhiyam. Today morning, I cleaned the statue with a clean towel, I put tikka on our gurudev forehead and did some nevaidhiya.  I'm going to give the baba statue back to temple as someone donated. 

I'm so happy that baba came to my house, I love baba very much.  Dont know what he is trying to tell me.  Just want to share this experience with you all.

You must be aware very well that Baba practiced Khanda Yoga – separating his limbs at night. I'd request you to stop worrying about the disfigured nature of the statue and please remember Baba sometimes uses peculiar methods to talk to his devotees.
When I got my first Baba statue home (a small marble one) I found his legs broke. It was brought home carefully yet I was shocked to find it broke. In a few weeks it almost relieved a big malady for my mother and we realized that baba took the suffering destined on us himself. Talk to the temple authorities and keep the statue at home, you must be really lucky to have him if he decides to stay at your home.
It's my humble Opinion.

Thank you very much.  Actually, I wasnt worried about disfigured nature of the statue, its our gurudev, I was upset that baba statue was broken.  I will talk to the temple authorities  and will check with them whether I can have the statue at my  home.  If they said yes as you said, I'm really lucky.

even when we 1st recieved baba's statue its rgt feet , d one on His knee was broke.
acc last year, when my Dad started to read Sri Sai Satcharita for the first time, on the 5th day of parayan, a fakir turned up at Dad's office & gave Dad Baba's white marble statue. He was Baba indeed. He asked my Dad to feed 21 ppl which Papa did. one night prior to this my uncle dreamt dat Baba asked him to tell Param[dats what He calls me;)] to mend his foot & keep me with them.
I didnt knew any craft of such sort but dunno how i cud mend it. we still have dat staute in our office. & yes my Dad has a pain in his feet since last 10 years. Baba must be bearing for it... pls tell me how can i do sum seva for Him. He does so much for us.

This very thought How can i Serve him is so noble that Baba would bless you for your gesture. Help the real poor and needy and that is the best way to serve Sai.
Though he collected hundreds of rupees as Dhakshina everyday, he was a pauper at night. He distributed money obtained as Dhakshina to his devotees.

I spoke to temple authorities and checked whether I can have the baba statue with me.  They said YES.  I'm soooo...........happy now.  Dont know how to express my feelings, totally out of words.  I'm so happy that baba himself came to my house.   Thank you baba for your mercy.   

Actually, I was in dilemma whether I can keep the statue as someone donated it to temple, what temple authorities will say?  but authorities said yes.  Its all his leela's.   Thank you baba for your love and affection.

Dear SAI FAMILY MEMBERS

Baba is always there besides his children showing the right path guiding us the best way to go and to act. It is for each one of us to realise and act accordingly. However we are human beings we tend to chose easy ways or rosy ones to be quick in action.

Even when we are wrong BABA corrects and takes us through just after a small play making us realise our mistake.

At this juncture an incident which happened quite some time back is in my mind and would like to share it with you. We have the habit of taking decisions following the CHIT METHOD, While we wanted to partner somebody for BUSINESS we followed the same, but to surprise the answer was negative ( NOT TO MAKE HIM A PARTNER WAS THE CHIT PICKED BY A CHILD AT THE HOLY FEET OF BABA ) not minding the instruction, as we are Human beings, we still continued with partnership, Begining was very bright things were really good, Slowly the partner started showing his true colour. only then we realised that BABA asked us not to PARTNER with him.

We became teriible nervous, how ask BABA to save us when we have done what he hs asked us not to do. However he is our father, after a few days we made up our mind that where else would a child go only to their parents, so we went and pleaded to BABA to help us out of this situation. By then the situation had gone to its peak and we were in termors.

The Partner is not a religious family, but some how being the begining of the year his wife wanted a nice TABLETOP calender to be placed at his office desk at home. We are ardent devotees of BABA and we have no other CALENDERS except BABA's Incidentally begin NEW YEAR we had purchased many calenders of BABA from SAI BABA local temple to distribute among friends and the last SAIBABA TABLE TOP CALENDER WENT TO OUR PARTNER's OFFICE DESK AT HOME UNKNOWINGLY. We have not given the partner the SAIBABA's Calender earlier, b'cos he is not a religios person. Through his wife he (OUR HOLY FATHER) went and sat on his TABLE ANd howquickly he changed his mind and relieved us from the problem in no time.

THAT WAS INDEED A MIRACLE WORDS ARE NOT THERE TO EXPRESS...., WE SHOULD FEEL SUCH MIRACLES.

IT was the first and the last time we disobeyed his instructions ( WHILE TAKING AN ANSWER THOUGH CHITS)

So we learnt many lessons from BABA's leelas, Like wise let  BABA may everyone realise their mistakes (if any) and guide them.
