Can he really communicate with Baba?

Dear Friends,
                    I wanna share one of my great experience with Shirdi Sai Nath.I was facing great probs during last two years..one of my friend suggested me to meet one young man who owns big business setup..My friend told me that he can communicate with baba and many big people come to him for solutions...I was not convinced but my Friend told me that he does not take any money so I decided to visit him as it did not cost me...first I took appointment with him and went to his office with my friend...it was a big office..I did wait for around 30 mins and finally we entered his cabin...he was a charming young man with modern formal dress ...I saw a young boy with tie...I thought how can he help me..he must be fake...but we sat and I was forced to tell him about my probs....he assured me solve my probs and asked me to come at 4 am for next two months at his place...next day I went  and saw many old nad young people there...he did some puja and offered us prasad...he used to talk with us..many times I realised that perhaps he used to talk with someone...some times he started behaving like baba...

One day I asked him "Can he see baba?" he answered..."yes ....I did not believe him....I asked him.."can he show me baba?"...he told me that today you will see baba......same day night baba came in my dream...I got baba's blessings and my probs were soon resolved...
I simply want to ask all Sai devotees ..is it possible for such young and worldly man to communicate with baba?

Babaspreeti ji, only Sai knows the truth. We must not sit in judgement over anyone. If you got relief from your problems by visiting this person, and if you had a dream when he promised that Baba would appear, then why do you doubt? Age and station in life have nothing to do with a person's spiritual development. This person may not appear like a conventional godman, but he seems to have some siddhis (spiritual power) using which he is perhaps helping people. His motive to do that could be anything---spiritual, psychological, emotional, social. But it certainly is not financial. There are some worldly people, living mundane lives in big cities, who claim to have such direct experiences with Baba. On this forum, I once objected to a devotee's posts who used to publicize about Baba's Udi oozing out from pictures and statues whenever they had collective prayers in her house. It seems many Sai devotees on this forum were, and perhaps still are, the followers of that particular devotee. I was intrigued, so I asked as to why we don't have Udi oozing out from Baba's statue and pictures in Shirdi and other major temples where Sai devotees assemble to conduct mass worship. It was just a reasonable question that I had posed. Needless to say, her followers reacted rather too sharply to my question. Later I thought that I should not have objected to such posts because it all depends on the faith of people who follow such intermediaries. I believe that we can approach Baba directly through our prayers. All of us can communicate with Baba directly, as He is in and around us. Therefore, we don't have to rely on mediation of others. But, those are just my beliefs and don't have to apply to others. I suggest that you must not worry about the veracity of such claims that someone makes. Do whatever makes you feel happy and peaceful. As Baba used to say, "Our karma is with us, their Karma are just theirs". So, guard against judging anybody. Hope my humble words don't offend anyone.

Dear Child_of_Sai ji, you are kind  . Thank you. I wasn't sure if it was appropriate to mention that incident which offended some Sai bandhus on this forum a couple of years back. But that was the best example of how different devotees look at things differently. It is perfectly alright to disagree with one another. The problem emerges only when we don't allow others the space to disagree to what we believe in. Most of the conflicts in our world would end if we respected the right of others to disagree with our views and beliefs. May Sai bless all of us with tolerance to counterviews.

Honestly nobody can give you a clear answer if this guy is good or not because even if we have a first hand experience of spending sometime with him the replies will be diverse and would be filtered by everyones nature. A cynic will always say he's a charlatan, a believer will say he communes with Baba and those in the middle path will say I am not sure but if i have problems i will go to this guy.
The very fact you are depending on consensus from forum shows you are apprehensive. If you were so positive on him this very question would not have propped up in the first place.
Don't mistake me, please do not ask for advice on such issues, sit over the issue all by yourself at the end of the day when there's Silence in the world and in your mind decide what you have to do.
Your Atma is Sai himself, it will not let you down if you are willing to trust it. Fears will be there when you ponder about it, thoughts will rush but if you live with it sooner the fears will disappear and like a thunderbolt your soul will give a clear answer, you will be impelled to follow your Gut feeling.

Sai baba said "Everything we should see with our own eyes & experience with our own self. ". Ask yourself the question, whether I got peace and calmness of mind. If yes, than that is it. What else does one want.

I guess a lot of us, specially those of us who are new to the path of Baba and spirituality, begin by being apprehensive of what we see happening around us .. always questioning ... always seeking reassurances from outside ... but as you rightly put, we all have to strive to move towards a state where we listen to our Atma, our soul and conscience .... That is the voice of Baba himself ...

I just wanted to help the questioner that it's best to go alone in this matter and not take plethora of opinions/ Consensus because it could end up with more Confusion AND RIDDLE.
I responded to this thread because a few times i was confronted with Spiritual Problems that could not be solved by others, the solution might come as a benediction a few days later just as that little voice or a Dream or from an impetus.
THE INTENTION TO WRITE THOSE WORDS WERE TO QUOTE A BROAD EXAMPLE AND NOT PINPOINT ANYONE.

I highly appreciate your following statement:

Your below stated sentence make me remember of SHREE SAI BABA words:
"All of us can communicate with Baba directly, as He is in and around us. Therefore, we don't have to rely on mediation of others."

"If a man utters My name with love, I shall fulfill all his wishes, increase his devotion. And if he sings earnestly My life and My deeds, him I shall beset in front and back and on all sides. Those devotees, who are attached to Me, heart and soul, will naturally feel happiness, when they hear these stories. Believe Me that if anybody sings My Leelas, I will give him infinite joy and everlasting contentment. It is My special characteristic to free any person, who surrenders completely to Me, and who does worship Me faithfully, and who remembers Me, and meditates on Me constantly. How can they be conscious of worldly objects and sensations, who utter My name, who worship Me, who think of My stories and My life and who thus always remember Me? I shall draw out My devotees from the jaws of Death. If My stories are listened to, all the diseases will be got rid of. So, hear My stories with respect; and think and meditate on them, assimilate them. This is the way of happiness and contentment. The pride and egoism of My devotees will vanish, the mind of the hearers will be set at rest; and if it has wholehearted and complete faith, it will be one with Supreme Consciousness. Baba's speech established its efficacy or greatness while He was living in the flesh, but wonder of wonders! It did the same even after His passing away. Baba said - "Believe Me, though I pass away, My bones in My tomb will give you hope and confidence. Not only Myself but My tomb would be speaking, moving and communicating with those who would surrender themselves whole-heartedly to Me. Do not be anxious that I would be absent from you. You will hear My bones speaking and discussing your welfare. But remember Me always, believe in Me heart and soul and then you will be most benefited.
