    Respected Preethi kiran ji,

    I think perhaps you ought to be a bit more specific when you mention communication skills. It enumerates several things from speech to body language to devoloping rapport even if the worst case scenario arises and how to deal with such situations. I think there are several very helping and adept people in this temple of Baba who can help. However you need to be a bit more specific.I hope all goes well.
