Just been visited by one of my Alumni students. He had come to share the news that he has just been offered a job with a package of 34 Lacs PA. Considering the fact that he was seriously contemplating dropping out in the IInd Semester due to financial and family problems, bring these wonderful instances in a teacher’s life that makes it worth all the .... we take otherwise.

OMSAIRAM! Whether anybody saluted Him or not, or whether anybody gave Him Dakshina or not, it was the same to Him. None, He disrespected none. He felt no pleasure, if He was worshipped and felt no pain, if He was disregarded. He transcended the pairs of opposites, viz., pleasure and pain, etc

BABA you always save honour of your devotees who surrender to your lotus feet,like you saved Balaji's honour and saved him from ignominy

Once it happened that at Balaji's death anniversary day, a certain number of guests were invited and the dinner was prepared for them. But at the dinner-time it was found that thrice the number of people invited had turned up. Mrs. Newaskar was in a fix. She thought that the food would not suffice for the people assembled and that if it fell short, the honour of the family would be at stake. Her mother-in-law comforted her by saying, "Don't be afraid, it is not ours, but Sai's food; cover every vessel with cloth, putting some Udi in it, and serve from the same without opening it : Sai will save us from ignominy." She did as she was advised and it was found to their surprise and joy that not only did the food suffice for all, but plenty of it remained after serving. "As one feels intently, so he realizes accordingly" was proved in this case.

sometimes Baba gives us visions and asks us to follow him.

Baba gave vision to Megha early in the morning when he was not fully awake nor asleep either.

Megha clearly saw BABA by the side of his bed saying....."Megha draw the Trident" and threw the akshata or rice in front of his picture.

Hearing the familiar voice of BABA,Megha opened his eyes and saw no BABA there but some grains of colored rice.

Megha then went to BABA and told him of his vision he saw.

He sought his permission to draw the Trident symbol.

Baba then said to him"did u not hear my voice then?"

Baba said my words are never hollow.

Megha told BABA that he thought it was a dream,coz he found the doors were all closed as before.

Then Baba told him"I need no door for entry or exit"

I have no form nor shape nor size and i live everwhere.

For i always look to the welfare of the person who loves me and caste asides his entire burden on my shoulders.

Then Megha accordingly returned to Sathewada and drew a red Trident on the wall near Baba's picture he worshipped .
Next day when he went to Baba,He gave him a lingam or Pindi that was just given to him by a bhakta and said see Megha Shankar has come ,take care of him


i opened SSC now and this answer came

Again Devi came in his dream and said that she meant Shirdi Sai Baba and not Tryambakeshwar Baba'.

OMSAIRAM!How BABA arranges,HE alone knows.

Bapusaheb Jog had lent some money to an Aurangabad man,who failed to pay him either interest or principal.

Though he had gone to the debtor and tried to recover as the debt was abt to be barred by the Limitation.

He again wanted to go to Aurangabad and sought Baba's permission for going.

Baba told him the debtor himself would come to Shirdi and then he may ask him to pay.

Jog lost temper and said he didnt have a penny as he had lent Rs 3,000/- to the lender.

He told Baba how he will manage and will also stop doing His Aarti if permission was nt given.

Baba then told him not to worry but sit quietly at home.

Jog calmed down and gave up the idea of gng to Aurangabad from Shirdi.

But soon after the limitation had run out,debtor himself came to Shirdi and offered Jog the principal debt.

Jog was unwilling as he wanted interest also,but at BABA's bidding he took the ammount and cooled down.

He gave part of the money to Baba and kept the rest.

OMSAIRAM!Bhaktas cant go to Baba on their own will.But Baba drew His sparrow from far and wide.

Without His permission no one could climb the steps of the Masjid.

It was Baba who decided when the guest was to go,in days weeks or months.

Some at once sent away soon after the darshan
.
None went away from Shirdi without taking Baba's permission,those who went were sure to suffer in several ways.

Those who believed in Baba and trusted in him were safe and secure

OMSAIRAM!Baba frequently talked about his travels against great distances of space and time.

He manifested in different places in different forms for different reasons.

In the morning sitting near the Dhuni he had narrate where he had gone and what he had done the night before.

Those who slept by his side during the nights,either in the Mosque or Chavadi knew for certain,Baba had not at all gone away from his physical body during night.

Baba's statements were true and in some cases those could be verified and found correct.

Baba knew the past,present and future of every soul whether of man or of animal.

He could easily transfer the soul of one to the womb of another,with a view to lead  it on its quest for ultimate bliss.

OMSAIRAM!Sai baba laughed and made the tense situation lighter 

He showed his love and divine powers to all devotees



witty incident, in which Baba played a peace-maker's part. There was one devotee by name Damodar Ghanashyama Babare alias Anna Chinchanikar. He was simple, rough and straightforward. He cared for nobody, always spoke plainly and carried all dealings in cash. Though he looked outwardly harsh and uncompromising, he was good natured and guileless. So Sai Baba loved him. One day, like others serving Baba in their own way, this Anna was, one noon standing prone and was shampooing the left arm of Baba, which rested on the kathada (railing). On the right side, one old widow named Venubai Koujalgi whom Baba called mother and all others Mavsibai, was serving Baba in her own way. This Mavsibai was an elderly woman of pure heart. She clasped the fingers of both her hands round the trunk of Baba and was at this time kneading Baba's abdomen. She did this so forcibly that Baba's back and abdomen became flat (one) and Baba moved from side to side. Anna on the other side was steady, but Mavsibai's face moved up and down with her strokes. Once it so happened that her face came very close to Anna's. Being of a witty disposition she remarked - "Oh, this Anna is a lewd (bad) fellow, he wants to kiss me. Even being so old with grey hair he feels no shame in kissing me." These words enraged Anna and he pulled up his sleeves and said - "You say that I am an old bad fellow, am I quite a fool? It is you that have picked up a quarrel and are quarreling with me". All the persons, present there were enjoying this encounter between them. Baba Who loved both of them equally and wanted to pacify them, managed the affair very skillfully. Lovingly He said - "Oh Anna, why are you unnecessarily raising this hue and cry? I do not understand what harm or impropriety is there, when the mother is kissed?" Hearing these words of Baba, both of them were satisfied and all the persons laughed merrily and enjoyed Baba's wit to their heart's content.

OMSAIRAM!Once Kaka Dixit came to Shirdi with a trunk which was filled with silver coins.

It was earned by him as his fee in a case and he placed the trunk before Sai baba as an offering to him and said Baba "this is all yours"

Then Baba said OK and dipped both hands into the heaps of coin and gave away palmfuls of silver coins to fakirs and others.

The entire money in several thousands was given away by Baba within a couple of minutes.

Kaka Dixit is happy seeing all this.

OMSAIRAM!Obedience of BABA's words ensured comfort and welfare of all his men.

He took his devotee burden on himself,and one could blindly obey His commands in utter faith.


Whenever one went to Baba,he lost his freedom to go away from Shirdi,sometimes Baba will retain some of his devotees for a very long period.Some were sent away soon.

For BABA knew the devotees future far better and clearly,then the devotees knew their living present.

so one must always remember Baba and read SSC.

OMSAIRAM!Das Ganu was devotee of Baba who spread his name far and wide.

He was a simple Constable ,by his Poems he incited the people against the Govt.

The Govt ordered an enquiry against him,he went to explain that poem just popped out of his head .

It happens with  imprompto Poets  which he is,he explained.

To prove his point he offered to write up poems on the Inquiry Officer himself.

The officer agreed and Ganu sang Marathi verses in praise of that officer,that Officer was so pleased ,he dropped out the charge .

OMSAIRAM!Why Baba asked Das Ganu to leave his job and his love for tamasha ?

Here BABA asked him to leave his job whereas Ganu wanted promotion to fouzdar.

BABA told him that he was obstinate  and crazy and that he will make him resign.

A Cop in Ganu's team got wise   swallowed the money which was supposed to be credited to in the Govt treasury.


Ganu was suspended as a complaint was put in the court.

Ganu was suspended and an enquiry started and the evidence over whelming.

He felt certain that he had be charge sheeted nd tried.

Ganu started praying to BABA and again renewed his vow to resign if he escaped unscathed.

The Inquiry Officer took pity on him and agreed and recd the money from him and his resignation too.

Thus it was nearly 5 yrs after BABA had asked him to quit his job.


Ganu approached BABA and told him the facts and asked him what to do.

BABA told him to settle in Nanded  and assured him of his help.

Ganu took up to Kirtans and discourses on religious themes.

He made a name as an Kirtankar thrilled the audience with his golden voice.

He earned his bread and butter and lived comfortably.

Later moved to PANDHARPUR ,his heaven on Earth till his death in the ripe age of 96 yrs.
