  • I am not alone-Baba is with Me (MAY - JUNE 2000)
I am pleased to share my following glorious experience with innumerable Sai devotees.

It was during November, 1997, my wife and myself went to our daughter's home in the United States. I am a diabetic patient and I also had an attack of severe bronchitis before we left India. The doctors here had prescribed medication to be taken during our stay in the US. We reached US on schedule and continued to stay with our daughter comfortably.

As per our routine, we used to worship our beloved deity Sri Sainath by chanting the usual prayers everyday. We had planned our sojourn for three months. On the thirtieth day after our arrival in US, I suddenly had severe cramps in the chest. I could not bear the pain or breath. I lied down wherever I was. We were alone in the house with the infant kids of our daughter, as our daughter and son-in-law had left for their work. I was alone in the drawing room when I had these cramps. I somehow beckoned my wife who was in the kitchen. She was shocked when she saw my plight and immediately phoned my daughter at the office. It was snowing at the time and there was eighteen inches of snow on the road and approach to our home.

Temperature outside was below zero. On hearing about my condition at home one of her senior colleague helped her drive through the snow and they rushed to the house within fifteen minutes.

When my daughter saw my distressed state, she did not waste time pondering. She called the emergency service and explained to them of our predicament. Within ten minutes, the emergency squad arrived at our place fully equipped. There were two doctors too in the squad. They checked my condition, took ECG on the spot and decided that it was a stroke and that I have to be immediately admitted to a hospital having facility to perform a heart surgery. There were two hospitals nearby who could perform the surgery. As it was heavily snowing, most of the roads were blocked. I was physically immobile but I was in senses. I pleaded that "I need not be taken to any hospital and I will be all right soon and that I can get necessary medical aid in India." The emergency squad insisted that I should be taken to the hospital and specialist doctors will decide the future course. They asked for our preference of hospital, and my son-in-law suggested a name known to him, where there was a specialist Indian doctor attached to them. They then put me on the stretcher and we waded through snow on the way to the hospital

Within 30 minutes we reached the place. On arrival, the staff took me to the emergency cell. I distinctly remember that, lying on the stretcher on way to emergency room, I was continuously chanting and remembering Lord Sainath's name. Silently chanting his name I may have lapsed into an unconscious state Within an hour I understand that they conducted various tests including catheterization. The tests suggested that there were four blocks in the arteries. A conference was held among various doctors and surgeons and it was decided that an open heart bypass surgery has to be conducted without delay.

Hospital authorities summoned the anesthetist and within two hours of arriving at the hospital the surgery was commenced. I was not aware of anything that was being performed on my physical body. I was gleefully wandering somewhere in the most pleasant gardens and lawns in a serene atmosphere. I was aware that 'I' was not alone and Lord Sainath was with me.

It nearly took five hours for the surgeon and his assistants, to complete the task of cutting the veins from my calves and thighs and plant them firmly in place in the arteries. The operation was successful. Probably it took another six hours for me to regain my consciousness. My wife, it seems was continuously praying Baba for the success of the surgery and for my speedy recovery. Her prayers were answered. She was there to give me an assuring smile although in tears of joy.

I came to senses all right! But I was trying to find me! I was neither there nor here! It took me some time. May be a minute or two, I am not sure! Suddenly I realized that I was with Baba, and I was walking down from the inside of His heart back to my bed. I was in a state of confusion! I did not for a moment understand why I had to leave Baba and that beautiful garden and walk down to this miserable place. I started looking for Him. I could not find! Then after some time, I concluded that He had walked along with me and may have entered my heart! Yes, He is still there! Always there! I am not sure when I will have another opportunity roaming those gardens with Him! Why should I worry? Let Him decide. One thing that has entered my heart now after the surgery is not the new veins 'but that' I am not alone and Baba is always with me! He loves, provides and protects. "I am not alone, Baba is with me" is not an exclusive privilege of mine. It is a fact decreed for every devotee. We have to be aware of His presence. He is with us hearing and looking at everything we say and do. He is witnessing our every speech and actions. The moment the awareness of His continuous presence is felt, we get transformed. The thoughts which are the cause of our speech and actions will naturally get oriented to speak and do things which have His approval. Our ego the 'I' will get a knock and a slap. Our speech will get changed to be very courteous and polite. We start appreciating others. We will start saying "Oh! You have done a great job".

This is because we also feel the Lord's presence in the person, whom we are addressing. We shall start saying, "I admit I was wrong". I know how difficult it is to admit our inadequacies. But with the awareness of his presence in us it is easy. The 'I' becomes a non-entity. When the 'I' gives room for 'We' the life turns out to be a happy passing phase.

One more thing we normally say "I did this, I said this, I did that, I said that" etc. We should make it a habit to say "Let us do this, let us do that" etc. Let us include Him also in whatever we say or do. I am a non-entity without Him. It is He who does everything and we are only His instruments.

The eight words "I am not alone, Baba is with me" is a mantra that we have to repeat daily and at all times and feel His presence with us! –

Leela's of Shree Satchitananda Sadguru Sainath Maharaja cannot be expressed by any means in this world. I was a dull boy in the school. I always used to be the last in the class. In 2001, I visited Shirdi first time. I saw Baba's pratima in the Samadhi Mandir. I was so pleased from head to toe that I cannot express. I prayed to Baba and I took a vow that if I stood first in the class I will come here and trim my hair of the head and present it at Baba's feet. Now here is the unbelievable result. That year I stood first in the class and after that next year, I stood not only first in the class but I was first in the whole University. I won a Gold Medal. This does not end here. Later I came to know that I was first in the whole state of Gujarat and for that government of Gujarat and other institutions has given me other credentials for excellent performance. By the blessings of Baba, I went for higher study and I finished my M.Tech from IIT Bombay. Now how can we believe that a dull boy of the class became a state topper and studied in the premier institute of the World? I pray to the Lord Sai only that do not remove us from Your feet. This is the place in the whole universe where we can stay calm and peacefully.

Around five months back I resigned from my company and accepted another job. I asked Baba before finally taking the offer and He did not want me to take up the offer. But I still went ahead and took the offer. After five months, I realized what a mistake I did and now I am back to my old company. I am never going to commit this mistake of going against Baba's will. Things have been good again for me and now I have made up my mind that whatever is going to happen in my life is going to happen with Baba's blessings. I urge you all to keep the faith in Baba and I assure you that you will never need to repent for the same.

Om Sai Ram, I would like to share one of my experiences with you all. I was travelling in an auto and I left my purse in the auto itself. My debit card and some amount were there in the purse. I also had a photo of Saibaba pada (which is a very rare photo). When I reached my home, I realized that my purse was missing. I immediately started crying. I was very much worried about the photo as that was very precious to me. All my friends were with me. They assured me that I would get another photo of the same kind. But I wanted the same photo. Then I was taken to the bank by my friends to block the debit card. While traveling to the bank, I was continuously praying asking Baba to help me and get back my purse. Then we went to the bank and blocked the card. I also thought of applying for a new card but the staff there asked me to wait for two days saying that I might get my card back. Then I came back from the bank just to know that the purse was returned safely by a stranger. It seems that a person who boarded the auto had seen the purse and asked the driver about it. The driver had said that it was his purse. But the passenger not believing him, as it was ladies purse asked him to drop him at the place where I got down. Then the purse was got by my friend. On knowing this, I was in tears thinking about the leela of Baba who has come to the rescue of an ignorant person like me. I do not have words to explain the greatness of Baba. Baba is the savior of all.

  • Experiences of Devotees

    B. Laghate, Ex-Sub Judge, Shaniwarpeth, Poona, wrote on 20 July 1936, as follows:

"I went to Sai Baba about 1913 or 1914. I was in trouble and I went to get his ashirwad (i.e.) blessings to get rid of the trouble. When I approached him, he asked for dakshina and I gave it. He said to me of his own accord ‘sow margosa and afterwards cut off that tree'.* I could not make head or tail of this utterance. It was evidently not the ashirvad I went to him for. I was disappointed and I never went to him again, though at about that time, I lived with Mr. H.S. Dixit (who was a staunch devotee of Sai Baba) for three years."

*There was a bribery case in the Criminal Court against him for having taken bribes and he was convicted and sentenced to a term of imprisonment with a heavy fine. This was confirmed on appeal. It was, pending the appeal, that he (B. Laghate) went to Baba to get his blessings for success. Margosa sowing and margosa reaping was Baba’s parable about the law of Karma. If you sow the bitter seed the result must be bitter and of the same sort. Therefore, it is better for man fully to pay the price or penalty of one’s folly, wash off one’s karmic debt and profit in the future from the lesson of the past.

  • BABA'S BLESSINGS (May 1975)

TRUELY speaking I did not know much about Baba until 1956 except hearing casually regarding greatness of Baba through a very close friend of mine, whose grandfather, being a staunch devotee, had been fortunate to be blessed with the Baba's darshan in his life time. In 1956 I was convalescing after I suffered badly from T. B. for about 11 years. I had in my flat a small portrait of Baba. I do not remember as to who brought it and placed it there. I used to glance atthe portrait but not with much devotion. At the beginning of 1957, I had a vision of an old person with features quite similar to those of Baba, who was moving up and down on a small plank in a dilapidated house. There from a sort of feeling leading to devotion started developing in course of time. In 1958 (during Holi vacation), as a result of inner urge, I visited Shirdi. It was rather unprecedented to find that nobody connected with the establishment of the temple demanded or accepted, even if offered, money from devotees and that there were no thefts of the sort generally expected at such places. I found the employees of the temple advising the devotees to put money, which they offered to them as a token of courtesy, into the boxes meant for the purpose. I feel that this was unusual and uncommon manifestation of integrity imbibed in them by the grace of Baba.

I did not start regular worship of Baba till late 1959. An interesting instance occured then. My wife lost her gold earring in my apartment. She rummaged the entire house thrice but in vain. She suspected the maidservant in the usual way. But she restrained herself from making any wild allegation against her openly, except mentioning to her about the missing earring in a casual manner. I and my wife could come to firm conclusion that the earring was lost once for all. At that stage, we both, in ourselves, thought of testing the grace of Baba. Next day morning, the maid-servant, while cleaning the house, restored the earring to our utmost astonishment. I have no comments as to how and wherefrom she could get it after about a week since it was lost. Thenceforth Baba instilled unwavering faith in me. So, as a weak human being, I started regular worship of Baba, which I continue to do till to-date with all devotion and faith.

In 1961, Baba created an urge to visit Shirdi. I started for Shirdi with an idea that I should come back to Hyderabad before rush of people for Ram Navami festival starts at Shirdi. I completed my pooja on Thursday. On Friday I participated in Noon-Arati and went to the Chief Executive to take leave of him formally. By that time, some people from Bombay and other places, started arriving for the festival. The Chief Executive instead of formally permitting me to leave Shirdi, insisted on me to stay over for the festival. I took it as the order of Baba through the Chief Executive and stayed over for the great festival. Although there was a great rush of people, I was accommodated comfortably in the guest house by the grace of Baba. There was a gathering of more than 50,000 people belonging to different faiths viz., Sikhs, Jains, Zorastrians, Muslims, Christians apart from Hindus who were found eager and enthusiastic to participate in all phases of the festival and offer prayers in the Samadhi Mandir according to their wish and vow. Of all the aspects of the Festival, the most spectacular and significant was giving bath to Baba with sacred Godavari water carried by thousands of devotees individually on their head. Among these devotees were even children of 10 to 12 years, women and men, old in age, besides a multitude of others. After Baba was thus given bath of devotion, the devotees, started getting ready to offer garlands. At that curious juncture, I just looked around at other devotees, who were holding very costly and grand garlands and wished in myself that I would be fortunate if Baba accepted my garland first before that of any one else, although mine was not so grand as those of some others nearby the rostrum. The very moment, the pujari made a gesture towards me and took my garland and offered it to Baba as the first one of that great festival. Belive me, I became so overwhelmed with joy that I have no words to express it. Thus Baba blessed me.

  • “EXPERIENCE PROOF EVERYDAY !”

Manisha Gurudatt Pawar (Flat 8 & 9 Bhatia Edifice I, Kotkar Lane, Bhau Patil Road, Bopodi, Pune 411 020.) :-

    How Faith in Sai worked...

One day, my brother called from Kolhapur to inform me about our mother’s hospitalisation.  I was grief -stricken.  When I reached Kolhapur, she was in the ICU in a semi-comatose state. She was not able to recognise anyone.  Sometimes she opened her eyes, smiled, and went back to sleep.  Her condition made me cry.

I had taken Baba’s Udi and Prasad with me. When I could not bear to see her suffering so, I prayed to Baba, “My mother never hurt anybody or behaved unpleasantly. Why is she in such a bad shape ?

I beseech You to make her feel better so that she can recognise her children once again. Let her die when she can walk and talk again, but not in this awful state.”

When my mother became conscious for a while, I told her I was applying Sai’s Udi to her and gave her the Prasad. Surprisingly, she immediately closed her eyes and joined her palms in prayer, muttering something. She ate some of the castor sugar of the Prasad and asked me to leave some for her. When I gave it to her, she put it under her pillow.

Soon my other sisters arrived. I had to return to Pune that night. Early in the morning my sister called to say that my mother’s condition had improved and that she was talking to every one. She also inquired as to why I had not come. I spoke to her on the phone and told her about the Prasad under her pillow and that I had to return to work. She understood.

She was discharged after eight days and I thanked Baba a hundred times.

‘‘Baba you are truly great. Your Leelas are unfathomable

  • Experiences recorded by late hon. Hari Sitaram Dixit :-

    (1)

Sai Maharaj called on his devotees in various forms and then later gave them evidence of his visit.

Once, Nanasaheb Chandorkar brought Naivedya (Prasad) for Sai Baba.  He had included ‘Puran Polis’ in it as he thought Baba relished them.  When Nanasaheb arrived, Baba had just finished his lunch and so when he was requested to eat, Baba said, “I just ate. You keep the platter here and go home to have your meal.”

Nanasaheb left as per Baba’s orders, but he told Madhvrao Deshpande to keep an eye and see if Baba took any morsel from the platter. “Tell me as soon as he takes anything, so that I can commence my meal.”

After some time Sai Maharaj asked Madhavrao, whether Nana eaten his meal.  Madhavrao said, “When you eat something from this platter, Nana will eat.”  Sai Maharaj laughed and said, “Oh! I have already eaten while he was filling this plate; in the guise of a fly. Tell him to eat!”

When Nanasaheb heard this he happily sat for his meal.

Another time Sai Baba said to Nanasaheb, “If any one comes to your doorstep asking for something, give as much as suits your pocket. Even if you have nothing to give, the least you can do is speak kindly.”

Some days later, Nanasaheb went to his village. 3-4 days later an old woman came begging at his doorstep. The servant refused to give alms. But the woman was persistent.  Nanasaheb admonished her for this impudence and sent her away.

When Nanasaheb paid a visit to Sai Baba again, he said, “I had come to your door asking for some thing, but you forgot my words. I came in the guise of an old woman, but all I got was bad words.”  Nanasaheb felt ashamed.

Once, a female dog went to Mhalsapati’s house.  She was repulsive, filthy and drooling. When Mhalsapati gave her a whack, she ran away howling. Afterwards, when Mhalsapati went for Sai’s Darshan, Sai said,” I went with great expectations to ‘Bhagat’s house (people referred to Mhalsapati as ‘Bhagat’) but all I received, were blows.”

All such Leelas of Sai are to enlighten the devotees.

“We should not shoo away any body. Whether it is a dog, cat or human, they come to us because of some connection. We should not despise them or look down on them.”

Sai Maharaj not only gave advice in words but also emphasised its importance in many ways.

Once, two hours after such a session, while we were all having lunch in the Wada, a dog came near our doorstep. We shooed it away and it went to the neighbour’s doorstep. There it was beaten with a stick and it ran away wailing. It was then that we remembered, what Sai had said and thought the dog would have gone away and spared the beating, if only we had given it a piece of our Bhakri (bread).

That evening, Das Ganu, in his Kirtan narrated the story of Sant Namdev.  Once, when Lord Vitthal, in the guise of a dog snatched a piece of Bhakri from Sant Namdev’s house, Namdev ran after the dog with a vati (small bowl) of ghee, saying, “Do not eat the Bhakri dry, Oh Lord ! Take this ghee !”

Later, on the same day, when Madhavrao Adkar was reading the ‘Bhakta Leelamrut’, the same piece happened to be read. Thus Baba emphasised and strengthened the guidance he had given in the morning.

Sai Baba went to many of His devotees in various guises.

  • DWARAKA MAYI of ours is this
place where you are sitting. This
    Wards off all dangers and
    anxieties from her children.
    And highly merciful is this
    'Masidi Ayi'; Those who seek
Refuge in her will never be harmed.
If they are in danger, she will save them.
As soon as one climbs the steps
of this mosque, sufferings due to
Karma are at an end and joy begins,
That Fakir (God) relieves all your troubles,
As soon as anyone enters this DWARAKA MAYI,
    his goal (object) is achieved.
Masidi Ayi, that is, DWARAKA MAI, is SAI
(This is the meaning of 'Dwaraka Mai')
As the 'Dwaraka Mayi' of Ranchhod (Krishna)
    is here (Shirdi),
You need not go far out to see Dwaraka,
    If you place entire faith
In mother 'Masidi Ayi', all your troubles
will be over and you attain bliss.

I don't know how to thank Baba for showing me how he is with me in every moment of life. I want to share my today's experience...we were set to get our visa extension and today we found an article saying there's some important papers we have to send in addition to the ones we sent...and my husband and I had a discussion that we might have to lose hopes for our extension...after this I went near Baba's picture and asked him to help me and give the extension because that was very crucial and we had a very unpeaceful yr last yr and that i need peace this year. And within an hour after I prayed to Baba ...we received an email stating that we got an extension for 3 yrs...This is a live example to show that Baba is always with me....pls Baba be there with me n my family like this in every moment of life...pls pls be with us in each n every second of our lives and let us lead a peaceful life.

The first leela I will write about was one that actually happened a long time before I was born. It involves my father's father- i.e. my grandfather. He once was very sick and bed-ridden. He was half-asleep sitting alone in a room in their house when someone he did not know came in. He walked around the bed on the floor and said "do not worry sir, you will be all right soon." then he walked out. There were many other people in the house but no one went into his room at that time. Everyone was at a loss as to who came in and how he got in without anyone noticing. It was dismissed as a hallucination. Soon after the mystery man came in my grandfather's fever abated and he got well. One day, soon after he recovered, he saw in a shop a picture of the man who came in his room. He was much surprised and inquired the name of the person in the picture. He was told that it was a great saint who lived in Shirdi. He became a devotee from then on

  •  My mother was a staunch devotee of Swami Samartha Maharaj. Upon coming to America and seeing that pooja of Sai was being performed, she was unconvinced. She then, after some persuasion, she read Sai's Pothi. The first story she read was a story regarding that Sai was the same as her Akkalkot Maharaj. We have been worshipping Sai and Akkalkot Swami's pictures together ever since. Once, after I got the Pothi, I attended a dog show because our close friend's dog graduated from obedience school. ;-) There were "contests" which the newly trained dogs found challenging. Prizes were given out to the dogs that did the best. My friend's dog, god bless her! ;-), did absolutely horrible! She was, in the general opinion of the spectators, the worst dog there. I though that there was no way she will win any prize. I had to leave halfway through the contest. Suddenly remembering Sai, I decided to test him because I still was not convinced about his greatness. I made a mental bow to Sai and said that I would read three chapters of the Satcharita if the dog wins a prize. When I got home, I received a telephone call from my friend that her dog one third place out of 300+ dogs in spite of the fact that she failed half of the contests! I was astounded! I read the three chapters and was convinced of Sai's greatness.

Following is my life’s experience on Sai Baba’s blessings on me and my family, which I want to share with others. Being fed up with the existing work environment, I tried a totally new career option. All through the transition period of my career development, I was getting the mental courage and guidance from Him. I still wonder, how I could have achieved this without His blessings. I had to change my visa sponsor once and after landing here in the USA got the job very fast. Also He saved me from two about to be serious car accidents. On one occasion, I was going to the temple on New Years’ day (1999) with my family. We all escaped unhurt from an almost certain car accident. Praise and glory to Him. Bow to Him.

  • FOR ALL SAI DEVOTEES,
                                             JAI SAI RAM,
My name is beena n i live in delhi. In past so many miracle happend," SAI BABA "showed me" HIS"  presence. But from last 2 years i was praying to "SAI' tht why i m in so much pain in life and in fact 2009 was the worst year of my life. AS  the new year was about to come i prayed" BABA" tht i dont want tht pain in this new year. 2010 has to be good n you have to show me tht you r with me .
In our society we have small temple where every thursday sai devotees offer prasad n then distribute. i also do the same every thursday. As i always do i cooked  yellow sweet rice and offered baba, to distribute i took a steel  serving spoon. After the prasad distribution by chance i left the spoon in the temple. I thought i ll take it some time when i ll go to the temple, but could'nt collect it . next thursday i offered prasad and while coming bk i collected my spoon which was lying there . But to my surprised there was some sindur  on the spoon n the shape was of "OM." next day i asked the pujari tht u made the" OM " but he was not aware of it .
My prayers were heard  by my" SAI" and "HE" showed me 'HIS" presence again .Iam so happy n speechless. I m attching some pic so all SAI devotees can be blessed as i was . I am greatfull to my "BABA 'for being with me allways.

  • Once Martand, son of Bhagat Mhalsapathy was seated at the threshold of Khandoba temple when Shri SAI came there and Martand reverentially stood up to pay his respects. To his surprise and before his very eyes, SAI smiled and walked towards the Khandoba idol and merged in it.
In amazement, Martanad peeped behind the idols but there was none. While he looked on in panic Sri Sai again walked out of the Khandoba idol and left the temple smiling at Martand. Martand understood that SAI wanted him to worship GOD Khandba's idol as HIS (SAI) form.

Shri Sai had such an extraordinary mind control power that HE could and did use it to change the mind of a Europen judge to deliver a verdict in favour of HIS devotee's client who was charged of outraging the modesty of a woman.SAI devotee Dhumal who was pleading for the accused told the judge "Your Honour the charges against my client are not true
as they are all fabricateddue to to factions in shirdi". Hearing this the judgewithout hearing anything further gave his judgement acquitting the accused and to Dhumal's surprise the judge then asked him" Is SAI BABA of yours a Muslim or a Hindu?" Dhumal answered "Neither.. HE IS ABOVE BOTH" The very mention of SAI by the judge is clear proof of how SAI influenced the minds of people.

Kashinath Dubey of Pune lent Rs 10/- to a lady who promised to return the same but she did not.Repeated reminders were of no avail. Dubey then vowed that if the lady returned the money, it would be given
to SAI. To his surprise the lady returned the money. Dubey went to Shirdi and though he kept silent about his vow. Shri SAI took from him first Rs 5/- next Rs 2'- again Rs 2/- and then Re 1/-.After that SAI did not ask
him anything more.He had vowed to give Rs10/- which was taken in full by SAI. Nothing is hidden from HIM.

Dasganu prior to becoming SRHI SAI's close devotee had his own guru Vamanshastri Islampukar near Islampur, Osmanabad then Nanded state. Ganu soughtpermission from his guru to worship SAI which the latter willingly gave and aslo added that SHRI SAI was a great saint whom he himself visited also and who was misunderstood by local people but they would appreciate HIM later on. When Vamanshastri attained samadhi at Kasi, Ganu sought SAI's permission to perform the last rites of his guru which was granted.

Sri Valambi master, Rly Station Master, Kopergaon had no faith in SRI SAI and even dissuaded thers from visiting HIM. To Valambi, SRI SAI was mad fakir. However on being persuaded by Dasganu he accompanied the former to Shirdi. When they saw SAI, HE was washing pots and placing them on the floor upside down. WHen Valambi asked SAI the reason for doing this, the latter replied "EVERY POT COMING TO ME COMES WITH MOUTH DOWNWARDS" meaning all those who come to SAI are not receptive to HIS spiritual instructions and thus are like the pots with their mouth downwards.

Lord SAI gave darshan to B Kohojkar as a little three headed infant on DATTA JAYANTI 1911. He told Kusa Bhav to visit Gangapur and do Gurucharitra parayan 108 times and see a person with 3 heads ie
DATTATREYA. He reprimanded Chandorkar for skipping the darshan of Datta at Kopergaon. He was annoyed when Shinde of Harda failed to fulfill his vow to Lord Datta at Gangapur. As a sanyasi HE told Lakshman Jakhadi rly station master Kalyan to visit Shirdi often as SAI is Lord Datta. He told a devotee to do parayan of Guru Charitra instead of Sai Satcharitra. He identified himself with SWAMI SAMARTH OF AKKALKOTE a perfect DATTA avatar

Dr K B Gavankar a high aspirant and an evolved soul has authored a book on Sri Sai wherein he wrote that SAI once told Dasganu that He had come from Shelu (PARBHANI). BAba told Ramgir Bua that HE was brought up at
Mahur, visited Girnar (GJ) and stayed at Pandharpur. This stateement of Sri Sai indicated HIS unity with Lord Dattatreya. SAI was the same power of Guru Dattatreya working in Akkalkote and Shirdi. Shri Sai had reffered to many saints as HIS brothers e.g Sakharam Maharaj of Angaon, Vasudevanand Saraswati of Rajahmundry, Gajanan Maharaj(SHEGAON) and Mouli Saheb of Nanded. He used to call them as HIS brothers. This was SAI's ways of offering HIS respect and obeisance to great spiritual masters of HIS time.

  • Dear SAI BHAKTAS,ASHOKji and Veena Maa,
This is my sincere thanks and gratitude to Sri SAI NAATH and both of you that I recently got married on 07 feb 2010.We belonging to Punjabi Brahmin family have got a lot of functions before marriage. With a lot of relatives visiting day in and day out.
SAI as promised have been since then and today even.
We organised SAI SANDHYA at our place on 31-jan-2010 from 02pm to 5pm.Baba made his presence as promised.
Since we have got an urban gathering there but BABAs presence was felt when abhishek was being done and to our utter surprise the photo of baba just slipped from its place as soon the mantro-uccharan began.
Also at the end of the proggramme there are a pair of typical punjabi jutties{SHOES} nicely embroided and just once worn there lying among the shoes stand....... ..which are still unclaimed... .....
    BABA ofcourse blessed us all.
THE PAIR WAS NOT EXPECTED AS THE PEOPLE INVITED WERE ALL FROM URBAN CROWD.
Not only this a major fire was preventd by baba as timely intervention of my uncle a devotee who came back home on the wedding day early after 2 hrs to find the Tube chokes melting because of extra supply of Charge due to Decorative Building LIGHTS and Rain.
BABA TILL DATE AS COMMITED IS ALWAYS THERE FOR US ALL......... ..
Let his KRIPA BE THERE WITH US ALL.
With Lots of Thanks and Pranaams to ASHOKJI VEENAMAA and to ALL SAI BHAKTAS..... ....
    Regards
