We were planning to visit USA in July 2010 and booked the tickets also. But before that Mrs. Gupta wanted to go to Shirdi and booked the 4 tickets for us and another couple. But unfortunately due to quota system we were having the 2 births each in different coaches, even though we booked the tickets 80 days in advance. Later on due the marriage function of the nephew of Mrs Veena Gupta during the same period we had to cancel these tickets. Mrs Gupta was very much disturbed by this as she wanted to visit Baba desperately before going to USA.
All of a sudden a group of about 25 devotees going to Shidi insisted to travel with them and they would accommodate us with them. They purchased the 2 tickets on the waiting list. Further they purchased 2 more tickets on Tatchak quota for the other couple. By Babas wish all the tickets got confirmed and we got the births at different places, which we managed to get the births together. We started our journey by Mangla Exp on Monday the 14th June, morning and reached the early morning at Shirdi. We got dropped at Hotel Kalptaru, which is very near to the mandir complex. As we booked the hotel room from the previous day we got the rooms immediately. We only 2 families stayed at the Hotel Kalptaru. Others had made the arrangement at Sai Dham. Near hotel Sun – n- sand. We got ready and reached the pro office at about 10 AM. We had the Darshan of Baba and deposited a dress of Baba with the request that Baba may wear that dress on Wednesday morning itself. We along with 4 other from our group attended the noon Aartee from the front row.
On Wednesday again we attended the Kakan aartee. We were having the pass for 6 persons but 7 were accommodated. From another family only 2 persons came for the Kakan Aartee although they were having the pass for 10 people, so 8 persons from our group got adjusted with them. It is all HIS leela. As we were again in from rows we were out of the temple first, while Baba was still having the bath and have not put on the dress. The dress which was brought for HIM, looked like ours, but not sure. When we came out of the Samadhi Mandir, we saw from the window and on the TV that it is our dress, which Baba has put on and also on the Samadhi. We two again went inside to thank Baba. It was indeed our dress on Baba and Samadhi. When Mrs. Gupta Bowed to Baba, there were 2 taps on her back and when she turned back the security, lady said that she has not even touched Mrs. Gupta. Again Leela of Baba. Mrs Gupta got full satisfaction. There after we and the different members of our group attended the different Aartees from the first row. Some times even we have not gone inside to attend the aartee to accommodate our group members. We stayed there till Thursday the 17th June and attended the Kakan aatree again on Thursday. did the Sai Amrit Vani in the Hotel room and joined the Noon aartee from our Hotel room.
There also the lap of Mrs. Veena Gupta was filled with Udi. We stayed in Shirdi for 3 days and then moved to Bombay by the night Volvo bus and stayed in Colaba Area for 2 days. As we had already seen the Bombay so we took more rest in the guest house rater than visiting places. Here again we all were not at one place. We 3 families were at one place and others were at another place.
On Friday we went to Gateway of India, had the boat ride along with the full group and then started the rain. We were not prepared for it and were not having the umbrellas with us. We all split into different groups. We purchased two umbrellas, but they proved to be useless and we got completely drenched. No taxi stopped on our request. At last a Buggi ( Tanga) came, driven by an old man and he agreed to take us to the guest room. We were 6 persons on it and Buggi, started running on the main road of Bambay. Is it not a leela of Baba? At the gate of the Bombay Port Complex, the Security person would not let the Buggi go inside. But as it was still raining and the complex was quite big, it was difficult to walk upto the guest room. After some time, the security man also allowed the buggi to go inside. All this was so strange and Leelas of Baba on all steps.
Thanks to Baba that we left Bombay in time, as due to taxi and auto strike we would have been in trouble/missed the train or held up there. We returned back Delhi on Monday the 21st June and we were not surprised to see that there was no Udi on any photo or Statue of Baba at Sidhartha Extension, as Baba was with us all the time. No Udi appeared on this Thursday in Sidhartha Extension in our absence. On Tuesday morning as soon as Mrs Gupta did the morning pooja, that the Udi started oozing and falling from the photos and also from the Statue. Again this is all, His Leelas.
On opening the internet after a gap of 7 days, I found more than 1500 mails in my inbox. More than 100 mails in the yahoogroup. 300 Messages in the facebook. And more than 1000 other requests in the Facebook. So far I have cleared the inbox. Only after clearing my inbox and Yahoogroup, I will go to facebook.
