feel a great deal better today

Yesterday, I felt so terrible and I posted the prayer about the birds of trouble making nests in your hair.  Last night, my friend, to whom I owe a big amount of money called very angry.  I had written him a letter saying that if Baba answered my prayers about my business, I would pledge to go on pilgrimage to Shirdi.  My friend can't read very well, I think, and misunderstood me to say that I was planning a trip to India.  On top of this, he is a fundamentalist Christian so there was a communication problem on two levels.  Finally, I was able to explain to him that I had asked God for help and would go to Shirdi when I receive that help.  I was not planning to go anywhere before meeting my obligation to him.
Today, I got some very good news about a new customer that will change everything for us if it comes out all right.  I pray to Baba for success and that I will be able to make this trip to Shirdi and take my three beautiful children with me and perhaps my friend, too, though he has never been out of Vermont in his life and thinks that Christianity is the only religion in the world.
