okay..my wedding was on June 24, and reception was on 23rd. We, in our religion, have a ritual called "viradham" that is done the day before the wedding. It is usually early in the early morning. The bride's side people go quite early (before the groom's side) and wait for them and see them all in. Since going too early was difficult for us, we all went the earlier night itself (that is 22nd night). It was quite dark outside and we didn't really see or notice anything then. But before we started, I told baba, " I sent you the first invitation. And I have called you for the wedding a million times! Please dont desert me".
The next day morning, before the bridegrooms' side people came, I had to get up and get dressed. So i had asked my mom to wake me up the next morning at 4 am. And Believe it or not, exactly at 4 am, before my mom could wake me up, we all heard beautiful bhajans..loud and clear..as if it were being sung right in the hall ! All of us rushed to the balcony to see from where the sounds came ! And just opposite to our marriage hall, was a building named "Dwarakamai" (!!)And Sai Bhajan was happening there..Til then no one had noticed that building at all ! I was almost in tears of joy. It was as though HE was telling me "Iam here..see, you called me..and here Iam !"
And before my fiancee and his relatives came, I wanted to see the entire marriage hall. I had asked the guy who had to arrange for flowers to put Baba's picture in the name board with lot of flowers over it. This is normally kept near the entrance. I wanted to see how it looked. So i went down to see it. I saw it. It was quite good. Being totally satisfied, i was climbing up the stairs again to get back to my room, and there, on the wall, hung a big potrait of Baba, smiling and saying "If you look to me, I look to you !". We had used the same stairs the last night. Then there was nothing. So I asked my dad to ask the manager as to who put Baba's photo there. He said, he was a Baba devotee. And normally he would not have put it. But that day, he felt he should and so he did ! He apologised and said " Iam so sorry..If you do not worship HIM..or if you do not belive in HIM, I can remove it right away". We said "NOOOOOOOOOO". HE IS EVERYTHING TO US. HE HAS COME FOR THE WEDDING ! TO BLESS US...
