MIRACLES HAPPEN EVERYDAY
Baba's saying; "If you spread your palm with devotion before me,
I am immediately with you day and night.
Though I am here bodily (now in samadhi) still I know what you do
beyond the seven seas.
Go, wherever you will, over the wide world, I am with you.
My abode is in your heart and I am with in you. Worship me always,
who is seated in your heart, as well as in the hearts of all beings.
(Sarvantaryami). Blessed and fortunate indeed is he who knows me
thus." (Sai Satcharita Ch. XV)
In the year 2001 on 5thDecember, about eight devotees from Hubli
(which includes 6 family members - myself, my wife my son with his
wife & two daughters) started for Shirdi, boarding the Goa link
express at about 3-45 pm on that day. The Goa - Delhi express does
not stop at Kopergaon, we have to get down at the next stop, that is
Manmad and come back to Shirdi by Bus or car which is 74kms. from
Mammad, also expensive and tedious. When it was nearing Kopergaon
Railway station at about 9.30 am. the next day, 16th December 2001,1
thought to myself. "How nice it would be, by Baba's Grace, if the
train stops at this station (Kopergaon) which will enable us to
reach Shirdi before noon Arathi at 12 noon". Wonder of wonders !!
The train stopped after passing the station at the starter signal.
(The signal was not given to proceed further). Others got down
quickly but, I was hesitating to get down as the train stood out of
platform, I am 86 years old. But with the help of two strong
devotees I got down slowly.
It is strange, (it is Baba's leela only), that a lovely auto was
standing in front of us, [This auto can accommodate 6 to 8 persons)
and the driver smilingly welcomed us. It is to be noted here that
there was no other autos, buses are available at that time as they
are only available during arrival of trains that stop at the
station. (Goa express is non - stop train at Kopergaon)
Shirdi Sai Baba is our protector, saviour, succour and able refuge,
Let us always think of Him, meditate on Him & chant His taraka
mantra "OM SAI SRI SAI JAYA JAYA SAI" constantly which is the
easiest path in this kaliyuga (iron age) to attain salvation.
OM SAI SRI SAI JAYA JAYA SAI!!!
Let us pray at the feet of Sai Baba who is the incarnation of all gods and protector of all, to show mercy on us, and increase our devotion towards him.
