It was in June 2013 that we planned to go to India. At that time I and my wife had Advance Parole and our children AP was under process and we were expecting their AP by July 1st week that was the planned travel time. But unfortunately we had received a REF for photos for both children around 2nd week of June, 2013. I had immediately responded to REF. Meanwhile the tickets were booked for July 5th. I called USCIS during June 3rd week and they said its under process I requested for expedite case but still no approval until June 28th. Then I approached local office by info pass, they told me that they can issue temp AP incase its emergency. I have shown my parents medical records but they said the emergency AP can be issued only if the sick person is directly related to them. In my case my children are not eligible for emergency AP. But I told them I have booked the tickets for July 5th and my parents want to see my children. Then the officer told me to come back on 3rd july. I went again on 3rd july and he asked me to give photos and made to wait for an hour. Then the officer told us ok we can give emergency parole for one month and by the time if the regular AP comes that I can use it. We got the emergency AP on 3rd and received email confirmation for regular ap on July 4th. We left on July 5th with Emergency AP and the regular AP came by mail to our address on July 8th. My friend was traveling to India and he carried them to India, by that way we could stay for two months.
While this ordeal was going on during the last week of June, every day and every minute BABA was in my subconscious assuring me ALLA ACHA KARAGE.. I was telling my family we will be travelling on July 5th as planned I was telling them like this because I know BABA is taking care of everything.
What you need is blind faith on BABA and SHARDAHA and SABURI. He will take care of you at the appropriate time or situation
