SAI CARES FOR ME #15 ( Shifting of my residence)

For those who donot have own house to live suffer a lot if their house owners
are not good and money minded. Most of the house owners are like this and torture their
tenants like anything. I am a victim of such a owner's torture and this is the story how
my sai took care of me.
  
   I came to this house 10 years back. The house is situated in the heart of the city
and very nearer to both town and mofusil bus stands. Super markets, Provision stores,
vegetable markets.  etc are very very nearer to the house. The house owner was also a
good type. Only thing is he would raise the rent whenever he wanted money to drink
even though the agreement was to raise the rent once in 3 years. Since the house is
located in a vey prime area and very convenient in all the ways for me and for my sons
going to school I paid whenever he asked for money. I would pray to sai to give me
the excess money to pay for the rent and sai would give me new projects to meet out the
extra rent. [I have already written about this in this forum earlier under the

   He takes care even in small small things.  My house owner suddenly hiked Rs.2000/- more in a month.
My wife and sons were worried and asked me what should we do whether to pay or shift to another house.
I said to them " I am not paying the rent. Baba only paying it. When there is a hike he should worry about it
Why should I worry. Let him decide whether to continue here or moving to some other place.
It is his problem not mine."   you won't believe, in the same month he has arranged for me a new contract
which pays me to meet this new hike. ]

  Two years back my house owner passed away and the control came to his wife and to his daughter-in-law and
every day for  no reasons they started giving torture to the tenants. So i decided to shift the house and
fixed an house. That house is very far from the city and there is not very frequent bus services. But the
house is independent house and the owner seemed to be good.
I asked baba whether I can move to this house. He said "NO". But i didnot care and made all arrangements for
shifting. Since thursday is baba's day I told the house owner that i would come on thursday early morning to
pay the advance. He said ok.

  ON thursday morning around 5 'o clock. there was a pain developed on by back and I couldnot even to sit or stand
or lay in the bed. Normally i donot take allopathy medicines so i called my family doctor who is a homeopathy
practioner who lives in another city. He said that the symptoms are for stone in the kidney and he advised me to
go to a nearby clinic and donot get admitted just ask them to give u pain killer injection for the time being and i
would come there with medicine around 9 am. I did as he instructed. Also i informed the house owner about it and
told him that i would come in the evening with the advance. He said "no problem.". Doctor came with medicine and
asked to take the drops every half an hour. I was feeling better. I asked my son to go the house owner and give
the advance. He said he would come around 2 pm and go that house and give the advance. But he came to the
house around 8 pm only because one of his friends met with an accident. so he accompanied him for the hospital.
At 9 pm I felt completely alright and decided to go the house owner. So I phoned him that i am coming with advance
but he said " Sorry. since u have not turned up i had given my house to somebody else".
 I trid to shift the house without baba's permission but he prevented me from shifting in his own way.
He gave me the back pain and stopped my son from coming to the house in time.
I never felt that back pain earlier and after that. Only on that day I felt it. The unused medicine is still with
me. I had not get the chance to use it again.

   since baba not permitted i dropped the shifting idea.

   But last month the house owner raised the rent again. It was 100% hike which I could not bear. This time
I asked baba whether to continue here or shift to some other place. I asked him " Baba I see this hike is very
high and not reasonable. But your are going to pay. so you decide, If you want me to continue here you have to
arrange for the extra money or if you want me to shift you have to show me a house. It is up to you. You decide."  

   He gave me permission to shift. oN the same day one of my friends called me and gave me this house addrees.
I half mindedly shifted  here on 26.1.12. But after coming here I realised
  1. This house is 100 times better than the previous one. It is bigger than that house.
  2. It is in the ground floor. 24 hrs water facility. All markets, stores, clinics,bus stops are very near.
  3. The house is situated at saibaba colony which is called kubera puri of coimbatore.
  4. Getting such a type of house for this rent is really impossible but sai had made it possible.

     OF ALL IT IS VERY NEARER TO BABA TEMPLE. JUST A WALKABLE distance from sai mandir. Previously I could
attend Night aarthi every thursday only but now I am attending and enjoying BABA'S AARTHI DAILY. What else i Need?
He keeps me by his side and takes care of my life every second.
