I would like to share my experience to all of u. My son is asthmatic since young and he his under medication till today and carry his ventolin puff with him wherever he goes.  He also has nose blockage and most of the time he breath through his mouth and this makes him snore. Unfortunately he also is allergic to dust and need clean environment. The doctor has specifically mention that his room need to be dust free. In Singapore every male child at the age of 18 has to serve national service army. My son is 18 years old nowand he was called for his enlistment. We brought all his medical reports to be submitted. Even though we have all the medical reports, the medical officer from the army give him certain test to determine whether exercise triggers his asthma. After the examination we got the results that he has to go through the normal military training together wtih the others. My husband and I ask for an independent doctor to test him. We were given a referral letter to a specialist in the government hospital. He went through about 4 weeks of test to prove that exercise triggers asthma. All tge time when my son was going through his test, i read Sai Satcharita and prayed to BABA what are the problems he will go through if he is selected for the normal training which is very tuff. Finally last week we got the result from the doctor that exercise does triggers asthma. Today we went to the army office and they have given him less strenous group. this would not have been possible if not for our SAINATHAN. OM SAI RAM
