Dear Sai Bhaktas,
   Here are some photos of the Moon taken on the full moon day (25 OCtober).

The original intention behind taking the photos was to take the image of Sai baba in the moon. but the cameras give a different view of the moon, as compared to the naked eye.
    Sai baba is easily visible to the naked eye but somehow it is Sai baba's leela that cameras are not able to capture his image. Still do have a look at the images..

The Lord himself says in the Bhagwat Gita
"O Arjuna! Among the stars the moon am I.
That light which residing in the moon — know that light to be Mine. "

It appears that Upasani maharaj, baba's contemporary, knew of Sai baba in moon long long ago.

In his composition The Sainath Mahiman Stotram (Sada Nibavrikshasya...), he has stated something similar,

शरत्सुधांशुप्रतिमप्रकाशं, कृपापात्रं तव साईनाथ ।

शरत्सुधांशुप्रतिमप्रकाशं - uncomparably beautiful bright light of moon in the autumn (शरत- autumn सुधांशु- moon अप्रतिम- uncomparably beautiful  प्रकाशं- bright light, bright shine)
कृपापात्रं - reservoir of grace
तव - your
साईनाथ- o Sainath

O Sainath, the reservoir of your grace is just like the uncomparably beautiful bright light of moon in the autumn

Now Upasani maharaj has talked about autumn season (sharad ritu) i.e. precisely September to December. It seems that he knew that the moon during this time closely resembles Saibaba.
