How to do Parayana with sai sat charitra

I have the sai satcharitra    can someone tell me how to do parayana step by step    only hard part is sleeping on the floor im not sure if i am right sorry

I am new dont know much just learning one day at a time
Hoping and praying someday mental illness will leave me alone

om sai ram,hi pavanprincess there is no any rules or regulation is there for parayan just need full faith in baba and if you can do or if you able to do or you want your desire shall give fast done then you may follow like this you may start saisatcharitra on thursday and finish in 7days last should be come thursday only and if possible you can take food one time or if you can not do fast then also its ok baba want only full devotion and full faith and if you cant do like this then if you read one chaoter daily then also baba will help you in all your problems and if you can not read one chapter then read just one peragraph daily then also no problem so dear if you like you just read daily one chapter and step by step you go further and if you want to do parayan for one week you offer baba prasd and light a lamp in front of babs photo and pray to baba for what you r doing parayan and he will listen surely so dear just go ahed and take blessings of baba and start whichever method you like there is no any demand from our baba so pray to sai and god bless you om sai ram.
