Boat of Life

Rowing the boat of life ,
I knew not which way to go.

Deep within , I wanted you
To come and show me the way to row.

Restless I was, beacause to find You,
Where to look I did not know.

All I wanted was my life not to be wasted
And for you to lead me in tow.

But Baba , you are the master,
And when to come , You did know.

And made me realise that I am your child
And so i humbly bow.

To surrender all acts, good and bad , to You,
And continue to flow.

I now know You are there to guide me
In whichever direction I row.
