किसी पर उम्मीद ना रखना
पर रखना एतबार हर किसी पे।

Agar tum kudh ko chaho gay
Toe Har koi achcha lagey ga!

ज़िन्दगी ने सिखाया हमें
अगर तुम खुद को चाहोगे
तो हर कोई अच्छा लगेगा।

Tum ko bura nahin lagey ga
Agar dekho ke samne wale ki nazar se!

ज़िन्दगी ने सिखाया हमें
तुम को बुरा नही लगेगा
अगर देखोगे सामने वाले की नज़र से।

Na rona uss par jo nahin hai tumara
Jo hai tumara ussi se kush rahena!

ज़िन्दगी ने सिखाया हमें
ना रोना उसपर जो नही है तुम्हारा
जो है तुम्हारा उसी से खुश रहना।

ज़िन्दगी ने सिखाया हमें
नफरत से मौहब्बत करो कि
नफरत को मौहब्बत हो जायेगी
मौहब्बत से नफरत करो कि
मौहब्बत नफरत में बदल जायेगी।

एक अजीब सी खामोशी है,
जिसमें छिपा एक स्वर है ।

एक अजीब सी उदासी है ,
जिसमें छिपी एक मुस्कान है ।

एक अजीब सी रात्रि है ,
जिसमे छिपा एक उजाला है ।

एक अजीब सा डर है,
जिसमें छिपी निडरता है ।

एक अजीब सा सूखा है ,
जिसमें छिपी एक बरसात है ।

एक अजीब सा झूठ है ,
जिसमें छिपा एक सत्य है ।

एक अजीब सा परोक्ष है,
जिसमें छिपा एक प्रत्यक्ष है ।

एक अजीब सी म्रत्यू है,
जिसमें छिपा एक जीवन है ।

इसी का नाम है ज़िंदगी,
जिसमें छिपे है कई रहस्य।

जिसकी खोज में अग्रसर है हर जन ,
जिसको जीने में तत्पर है हर जन ,
जिसको पाने में सक्षम है हर तन ,
जिसको खरीदने में तुच्छ है हर धन ।

LIFE~~~

Imagine life as a game in which you are juggling five balls in the air. You name them: work,family, health, friends, and spirit - and you're keeping all of these in the air. You will soon understand that work is a rubber ball. If you drop it, it will bounce back. But the other four balls- family, health, friends and spirit - are made of glass. If you drop one of these, hey will be irrevocably scuffed, marked, nicked, damaged or even shattered. They will never be the same. You must understand that and strive for Balance in your life. How?


Don't undermine your worth by comparing yourself with others. It is because we are different that each of us is special Don't set your goals by what other people deem important. Only God knows what is best for you. Don't take for granted the things closest to your heart. Cling to them as you would your life, for without them, life is meaningless. Don't let your life slip through your fingers by living in the past or for the future. By living your life one day at a time, you live ALL the days of your life.

Don't give up when you still have something to give. Nothing is really over until the moment you stop trying. Don't run through life so fast that you forget. don't forget a person's greatest emotional need is to feel appreciated. Don't be afraid to learn. Knowledge is weightless, a treasure you can always carry easily. Don't use time or words carelessly. Neither can be retrieved. Life is not a race, but a journey to be savoured each step of the way.

Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a Mystery and Today is a gift: that's why we call it The Present'.

मैने भी कुछ सीखा है बस यही सीखा है....

कभी कभी लगता है कि लोग और दुनिया मेरी समझ के परे है।  ऐसा नही कि मेरे हिस्से मे जीवन के सभी अनुभव है,  पर जितने कुछ है उनसे लोगो के बारे मे इतना बहुत बार देखा है कि लोग बहुत जल्दी सब कुछ भूल जाते है।

आप का प्यार,  आप का विश्वास,  दोस्ती,  और सहानुभूति की लोगो को कोई परवाह नही होती।  बहुत बार लोग आप का सिर्फ इस्तेमाल करते है और जरूरत खत्म होने पर आप को भूल जाते है। बड़ी अजीब सच्चाई है जिंदगी की, आप की अच्छाई का लोग बस इस्तेमाल करते है।

आप जिन्हें अपने जीवन का हिस्सा मानते हो,  अनमिट कहानी मानते हो,  उन्हें आप को अपने आप से अलग करने मे एक पल भी नही लगता,  ओर ना ही कोई तकलीफ होती है।  आज तक समझ नही पाया,  और शायद न ही कभी समझ पांउगा कि लोग पत्थर कैसे बनते है ।   चलो,  जीने का एक तरीका ही समझ कर ऐसे अनुभवों को अपने साथ लिए चल रहा हूँ,  जीवन की पूंजी मे हर अनुभव की कीमत है!!  यह नही कि इन्सानीयत पर विश्वास नही, भरोसा नही।  नही-गहरा विश्वास है,  हर बुराई मुझे अपने आप को और अच्छा बनाने कि प्रेरणा देती है, चाहे लोग आप को भुला दे पर आप का ज़मीर आप कि नेकी को नही भूलता।

आप अपने खुद से सच्चे बने रहिये,  जीवन का बस यही हासिल है - नेकी कर कुंऐ मे डाल।  रिश्तों से हार झेलनी पड़ती है पर अपनी खुदी को कभी हारने मत दीजिये।  बस जीने के लिए अपनी नेकी का सहारा ही काफी है।
