Dear Member:
The 52nd slokha of Soundarya Lahiri (beginning with "gati karnaabhyarnam......." 1000 times for 45 days will help in curing ear diseases.

The yantra is a simple square pattern with the beejam "ram" (the short vowel....as in gum) inscribed in the middle of the square on a gold plate. You can inscribe the yantra in holy ashes also.

The offering is sesamum rice and milk paayasam.

May your disease get cured by Goddess's Grace.
