    Yes Shamhavi,

this are the beautiful links you have posted. I have been there many times and will be there many times. One thing i keep visiting and keep reading is

    Meher Baba

To love God in the most practical way is to love our fellow beings. If we feel for others in the same way as we feel for our own dear ones, we love God.

If, instead of seeing faults in others, we look within ourselves, we are loving God.

If, instead of robbing others to help ourselves, we rob ourselves to help others, we are loving God.

If we suffer in the sufferings of others and feel happy in the happiness of others, we are loving God.

If, instead of worrying over our own misfortunes, we think ourselves more fortunate than many many others, we are loving God.

If we endure our lot with patience and contentment, accepting it as His Will, we are loving God.

If we understand and feel that the greatest act of devotion and worship to God is not to hurt or harm any of His beings, we are loving God.

To love God as He ought to be loved, we must live for God and die for God, knowing that the goal of life is to Love God, and find Him as our own self.

    Baba Bless all of us.

    Kavitaji,

I am much younger to you, please call me by my name. And feel grateful or thank Baba for the post, without Baba's grace i could have never wrote such post. For me it's all Sai Baba's grace and love on this poor soul. I have no words to thank Baba, no words can contain the gratitude of what Baba gives me. As i write this body is getting filled with emotions, how can we express the greatness of Baba.

    Alpesh ji, Sai Ram!

You are very right. It is absolutely Baba’s grace that we all are here and able to share so much of informationenhancing our knowledge rather awareness.

You are also right that you are much younger to me in age. Not only you, most of the members in this forum are much younger to me in age.  ONLY IN AGE.   However, the usage of “ji” as a suffix has to be used even when we address the children (except daughter / son by their parents) as a matter of respect  to the Baba  ( the paramatma ) in all. In other words, while addressing any one we use the name as the first part indicating the name given to that ‘body’ and the ‘ji’ as the second part which addresses the God in that body. In other words, respecting others amounts to respecting God himself and further it amounts to respecting our own self. Hence, as per our culture and heritage, we address even a small child with this suffix of ‘ji’. But now, due to the cultural changes, change of times, mixture of various cultures etc, have gradually made this usage not a compulsion.

Even in SSC, you would have heard about the story of Balvant Naachne who is supposed to be the disciple of 12 year old Bhaagwat. Similarly  Padadoy Pode is a guru even before he was eight years of age. They have attained such stages due to the attainment of Self Realisation and not  on the basis of age. Coming to the present world, I stayed in different parts of the states  - UP, AP, WB, TN, Karnataka where this usage is common even  while addressing the children. People are used to calling everyone “garu” equal to “ji” in AP while, “ngo” in TN and everybody is referred to as “aap” “ji” in UP and WB. But, in Kerala alone, they don’t have this usage; I don’t know the reason.

I hope Shambhavi ji is too clear.

    On Love----Meher Baba

LOVE is essentially self-communicative: those who do not have it catch it from those who have it.... No amount of rites, rituals, ceremonies, worship, meditation, penance and remembrance can produce love in themselves. None of these is necessarily a sign of love. On the contrary, those who sigh loudly and weep and wail have yet to experience love. Love sets on fire the one who finds it. At the same time it seals his lips so that no smoke comes out.

    _______________________________________________________________________________________

There is nothing that love cannot achieve,
and there is nothing that love cannot sacrifice.

    ________________________________________________________________________________________

Love can attain what the intellect cannot fathom.
