My answer is "YES" because even child would also get the disease of mother as its transmitted.
she doesn't need one more child of abnormality

If the lady would not have had a baby inside her, i would have advised her not have any more babies given all the conditions.
But in this case since she is already carrying a baby and with no way to say with 100% surety that the baby has any problems, so i shall say that ... "No" ... i will not convince the lady to drop the baby .... i think since the life has already begun we bring the life into the world .. and then accept ever happens ...  ....
