Sairam i was working in a very good Company. But mental peace was not there. Salary was too good with all other benefits. then due to the pressure, since i got another offer i resigned from that company and have joined this company with all your blessings !!
Here the company is not doing so well and they have enormous problems financially Sairam. Sairam why this happens to me. Sairam here also i am not that happy. Work pressure is not there. But then the timings to too odd 9.45 to 6.45 and 6 days a week and have to stay late almost every day and i get little time everyday to spend with my family.
But even above all this, there are no other benefits and payment of salary itself is a problem. Baba please guide me as to what to do , Will the situation improve here or will i get another placement something good where i can have mental peace Sairam.
Sairam i am very much confused !! My boss doesnot sit with me to clear the papers on a day to day basis as he is very tied up in arranging finance and i find it very very difficult to coordinate with him and get things done Sairam.
Sairam how am i to work, how am i to coordinate with him, how am i to set his appointments. Please straighten all these problems for me. YOu and you alone can do this Sairam.
Please show me a way, a clear way sairam.
