I dont know what the answer by Baba means

Hi,

 I just asked Baba a query in the questions and answers section and got this reply "Matter troubling you for more than six years will be resolved.  You will recover from disease. You are fortunate. As a remembrance to Baba, offer a smoking pipe and tobacco." - what i m not sure is if i have to offer this to Baba and then distribute it to someone or leave it for Baba. Someone please help me in this.

Forgive me if I am wrong, from my understanding, I feel that Baba is asking you to get a small miniture version of a chillim and a tiny packet of tobacco and put it next to his murti / photo in your mandir as Baba loved his chillimg.
