Play the following link in Windows Media Player

Now from the menu at the top navigate to the following
View -> Enhancements -> Video Settings

Now increase the Brightness & Contrast by a small amount.

This will make the picture very clear...

Behind all the happenings in the world Sai baba is the wire puller. Now here in this incident he actually pulled a wire...
   Live Darshan of Sai baba is carried out from the Samadhi Mandir. Of Late, the quality of the Darshan was low. The picture was dark & unclear. It seems that, Sai baba as it were did not like this. Day before yesterday, some other soldering work was carried out in the mandir. at that time the cable wire carrying the video signal was pulled & burnt. Nobody knew it then, but later it was found & then it was replaced by a new wire. Since then the Picture quality has improved & is very clear.
