Yearning.

  • Emptiness

    Oh! My Lord! My Love!
    Talk to me!
    I need ur smile
    I need ur compassion
I need to talk to u
I need to listen to u
I badly need u my father!
    I badly need u.
Be my friend again, my dear lord.

    I can't bear this emptiness!
    Come Baba, come!
    Caress me like my mother.
    I want to hug u
I want to cry in ur lap
I want to prostrate before u!

    I love u baba, I love u
    I don't know whether I love u
    than anything in this world
or I love this world more than
    anything
    but I feel I love u
because I feel empty without u.

Come to me my lord. Come to me.
    Yes. I scolded u a lot.
    I am angry on u
Deep in my heart I feel u cheated me
    of my confidence
    But I wonder I still believe u
    Show me light
to prove there is delight in store

    Baba, I can't live without u!
It is not good on ur part
to let me suffer like this.
Baba, without u, I am nothing.
    Please baba, death haunts me
even when I am still alive!

    Baba, Satan torches me
    come to my rescue
I can't live without u and ur love
    Before this satan eats me
take me into ur protection, my lord,
    take me into ur protection

It seems u r not near me,
    otherwise why I get fear?
It seems u r not looking at me,
otherwise why u keep silent to my pathetic state?
It seems u turned deaf ear
if not, why my woeful cries didn't get ur attention?

Come baba, come to stay with me
swear that u never leave ur child
I may be mischievous at times
I may be indifferent to u
but still don't leave me, my saviour.

Better u beat me than to show a deaf ear
Better u shout at me than to be invisible
Better u kill me than to be silent

    Oh! My Lord! My Love!
    Talk to me!
    I need ur smile
    I need ur compassion
I need to talk to u
I need to listen to u
I badly need u my father!
    I badly need u.
Be my friend again, my dear lord.

    I can't bear this emptiness!
    Come Baba, come!
    Caress me like my mother.
    I want to hug u
I want to cry in ur lap
I want to prostrate before u!

  • JAI SAI RAM TO ALL!!!

Prasanthiji you are still awaiting the precious moments? Don't you feel the blessing BABA always showers on this Forum? And for kind information to all on behalf of Astrid is that She is our Beloved Sister not He is.....Astridji can you remove the confusion once for all by some way please?

  • Thank you Shammi Ji and Ramesh Ji, for the He-She correction. This gives me the beautiful opportunity to say that you are both dear to me in a special way. I cannot say why, I just feel sincere respect and affection for the both of you.

And never worry Prasanthi Ji, neither about BABA's presence nor about the He-She-confusion. Names are a strange thing and often misleading.
Ramesh Ji, maybe this is the right moment for me to post something about me on "Devotee's Profile" ;-) ...

  • I am sorry Astridji. Yes. Names are very confusing at times.

Restless was my heart till it found rest in THEE --- good line

Rameshji and Shammiji, thank you for correcting me.

Rameshji, indeed baba is here in this forum. The only thing I feel bad/sad about is I feel very empty without HIM. How do you feel when HE is there right before you and speaks nothing who once gave response to each and every thought of urs?

    Sai Ram Prasanthi Ji,

the quote is borrowed from St. Augustine, a 4th century Christian Mystic and one of the so called church fathers. I changed it a bit. He actually wrote "Thou hast made us for thyself and our hearts are restless until they find rest in thee". But since my heart really *was* restless and really *has* found rest in BABA, I felt free to correct the quote, so to speak.

You see, all paths lead to the same end [:)]

  • Prashanthi ji,
Sai never stops answering His devotees it we who do not hear Him properly b'coz of our ignorance.
Your mind was so restless that you could not hear what He was trying to say.

Read todays Sai Satcharitra column how you can surrender yourself to Him.

Be positive all the time , it is Maya that hinders our thoughts. Calm down and close your eyes and imagine that you are holding onto Sai's legs and tell Him " Sai, no matter what i will not leave Your legs, talk to me " immedialtely you will find an answer from Him.

Sai help her in hearing You .

    Sushma.

  • Sushmaji, thanks for ur suggestion. But I never did understand why I couldn't hear Him when I could for all these years. I do talk to HIM daily. Ofcourse the talk will have a series of all emotions. I never felt the same love from HIM. Ok. Let it be. I too will see how far HE will keep HIS words. 'I never leave those who were given to me. I see to that they will get to the destination'. Anyway after going through all the postings of my fellow sai bandhus, I feel I am not as good as a devotee as you all. But somehow my relationship with HIM has been so all through. (A jiddii bachchee sort of). So I always demand HIM. I always look at HIM as my friend rather than as a god. I feel distant if I feel HIM as god. I never felt bad also for I never aspired for salvation. Even it is funny to fight with Him. We can enjoy by the way HE participates in the fight. But when it comes to serious things somehow I couldn't digest. Why should HE shatter my confidence? Why should HE stop talking to me?

Yesterday I was browsing thru the site and asked HIM to get me a mail with some message. It has 'Still u disbelieve me?'. Who disbelieved HIM? Only because I believe HIM, I beg Him to talk to me. Only because I believe HIM my moods change. If HE says 'yes' I feel happy, If HE says 'No', I feel gloomy. If mind is the source of happiness and joy, for me the source is baba. I don't know when I work out my sins and they get washed away to get a response from HIM.

  • OM SAI RAM,
Waqt aur tarik to wo hi mukarar karega ,Prashanti Ji.Jab Ab tak Sath diya hai Baba ne Aapka, to yakinan aage bhi dega.
Imtihan ki ghari hai.I am sure you'll come out with flying colors.
JUST HAVE SHARDDHA AND SABURI.LOTS OF DEVOTEES ARE/HAVE PASSING/PASSED THROUGH TOUGH TIMES.BUT TALK TO A FEW WHO HAVE PASSED THROUGH TOUGH DAYS(LIKE I OFTEN DO)AND THEN WE REALIZE THAT WITHOUT HIS BLESSING IT WOULD HAVE BEEN DIFFICULT FOR US TO TAKE LIFE HEAD ON.
BABA IS GREAT.WE FIGHT WITH HIM HE DOES NOT RETALIATE,RATHER HE SMILES AND SAYS
    I AM WITH YOU.
    JAI SAI RAM,

  • Thank you san2004 ji (I am sorry. I don't know ur full name).

I know baba is there. When I have so many rich experiences with HIM how can I say, HE is not there. But the fact is piercing, I couldn't feel HIS love, HE is not talking to me. Yes. I agree. I am jiddi.

I feel so bad that why baba cheated me, lied to me. After all HE shouldn't broke my confidence in HIM. I believe HIM still and forever too. But why should HE who asks us to stick to truth, rewards us with a Jhootee Zindagi. When I say 'yes' to all His conditions, when I say 'kubool' to all his questions, why HE has to cheat me? When I say I completely bear the responsibility for any eventuality, why couldn't HE given me a chance. I can never be convinced and be happy until and unless HE talks to me again. After all I am His friend and I too follow many of His suggestions or sayings (if not all). I deserve justice.

  • Sorry Sanjiv ji. I didn't observe your sign at the end. Yes. HE doesn't retaliate. But participate in the fight. I have many fights with HIM and all were fun except one :(. Jab hame koi pasand hai, to unse takaraanaa/jhagdaa bhee achchaa hee hotaa hai. Baba is so sweet. There is no god like Baba. I very much agree. I have no doubts or questions about that.
